Dad has been a resident at Caprera for a year and in that time my family and I couldn't fault the commitment of the management and staff. Everyone is kind, considerate and mindful of dad's needs. Caprera is clean, warm, friendly and always welcoming.

As relatives, we are kept well informed and consulted about dad's care. We would like to thank everyone at Caprera; we couldn't think more highly of them and we don't know where we would be without them.

My mother has been a resident at Caprera Care Home for the last four years and I've been extremely impressed and grateful for the level of care she has received there. Staff are always extremely professional in their duties, as well as kind, patient and attentive towards the residents. Residents' private rooms are spacious and well-designed, as are the main communal rooms. There's also a lovely back garden.

The most important thing for me, though, is the level of personal care that staff have given my mother (who has complex medical needs) - you know that staff genuinely care about the residents and treat them professionally but with much affection and good humour. I know that my mother is very comfortable and well-looked after, and this is a huge relief for me and other family members. Management are also very good at keeping family members informed on matters of relevance.

All in all, I couldn't ask for more and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Caprera Care Home.

Staff at Caprera are extremely dedicated and kind in looking after my mother and addressing her multiple needs. Getting her to take sufficient food is a struggle sometimes, but her weight and general health is closely monitored. Staff are also very good at keeping us updated as to her wellbeing.

My mum has been living at Caprera Rest Home for some time now and feels very settled. It is important for me to know that she is receiving good care and support as I live some distance away and therefore I am not able to visit on a daily or weekly basis.
