My grandmother moved to Eldon House from another care home where she had had difficulties settling in after her lengthy stay in the Hospital. Eldon House and all the staff have made her feel very happy there and she has settled in so well. They are very supportive of her ongoing dementia and she seems
very happy whenever we go to visit, and the staff make us feel so welcome as well! I would recommend this home to anyone looking for a place for a relative that has dementia.

Mum was placed at Eldon House for a post-hospital assessment period and to convalesce. From day one, I have been very impressed with the level of care and attention from all the staff. Myself and other family members have all been welcomed when visiting, being offered cups of tea and even lunch on some
occasions. Mum has thrived under their care and is ready to return home in the next couple of days. I am very grateful to all the team for looking after her and helping her to get back on her feet. The house is set in a lovely situation and offers a peaceful environment to the residents, whom all seemed happy when I have visited. I know Mum is looking forward to getting home soon, but this has only been made possible by the support and help from all the staff. Thank you all so very much.

Mum is very happy at Eldon House, she has calmed down and seems very settled. She seems very happy with all the care and the staff. She really enjoys the food and coming downstairs to be in the lounge with everyone else. Overall, very happy and so pleased for Mum.

I visited my brother weekly and always felt welcome when I arrived at the home. Friendly and caring staff, homely environment and lovely food. I have been offered a hot drink and a cake every time I came in and nothing was ever too much trouble. Great Home.

In my experience, the staff care well for the residents. From my knowledge of speaking with residents, they seem happy and content.

My mother has been a resident for 6 years and I am content with the care she has received at Eldon House.
