Overall Experience 4.0 out of 5
The care home is generally good. Staff are efficient, food is satisfactory and overall care is good. There have been 2 changes of manager in the last year and a new one to start in December. This makes for uncertainty of policy and future direction at the home.


Security is a high priority which can

in itself, cause problems particularly after 5pm when visitors can wait for long periods to be admitted or have difficulty finding someone to let them out. Perhaps a key card system could be introduced or genuine visitors given the code to let themselves out. Improvements needed in this area.
