Thank you for your lovely review. I am so pleased that you have found the right home for your mum and that she has settled.
Thanks you so much for your kind words, I am so pleased your father is happy and settled.
Thank you for your review, we value all feedback and have taken note of the areas in which we can make improvements. All of our residents should have a review of their care needs at least 6 monthly or when their needs change. We now have a new manager in post and will ensure that she makes contact with you to arrange a review. I am pleased that you are satisfied with your mother's care but we will ensure that we improve on this.
From my perspective, this is an excellent care home.
The residents have health issues relating to age. Father Christmas arrived.
It was humbling to see the caring staff working tirelessly to ensure that all had a good time.
The staff, of course, prepared the room for the party with regard to the tree and decorations to create the right atmosphere.

Please be assured that the Trust will discuss this review with the manager and work to improve the cleanliness and the activities for our residents.
