Thank you for your feedback. In response to your comments regarding the food and the menus, we have been working with the feedback from our family at Rose Lodge and their relatives to make improvements over the last few months. There is an action plan in place and the manager is closely monitoring the quality. Your input into us making improvements is always important to us and we value your comments on how you think we can ensure we maintain the highest quality of care that has been outstanding for the last 4 years. The manager has an open-door policy and meets with relatives on an ad-hoc daily basis as much as she can. Please always raise any concerns to us via email or in writing to the manager who can fully investigate and provide an appropriate response and action plan.
