Our fees are based solely on the room and we do not vary our fees on the basis of care needs as they change over time.
Once we agree the fees before admission they are only varied to take account of inflation, or when a resident moves room.

If you would like to discuss your requirements with the manager then please call to make an appointment. You are also welcome to visit you can either call to arrange a viewing but you are also welcome to visit unannounced although the Manager may not be available when you visit.

My mum is not the easiest person to please, but from the care to the food and the efforts made to make her feel comfortable we simply cannot fault it. The gardens are also superb. Real gardens with chickens and vegetables and lovely places to sit and to enjoy. Thank you to everyone at Rose Lodge.

Andrea lives in Exmouth, she has over 20 years of experience supporting people who are living with dementia.
Andrea has a BSc Hons Degree in Dementia Studies and an RMA L4. In 2019, Andrea completed an eight-day course in Birmingham with Meaningful Care Matters in the planning, design and facilitation of Dementia Care Learning and The Butterfly Project.
Andrea believes that each person has the right to live well, and this happens by putting their emotional needs at the centre of what Rose lodge does.

Tracey has worked at Rose Lodge since 2015. She began her journey as care for the Cottage community and has worked her way up to taking over as Registered Manager in 2021. Tracey has a Level 5 in Leadership in Health and Social Care Management and completed an eight-day course in Birmingham with Meaningful Care Matters in the planning, design and facilitation of Dementia Care Learning.
Tracey shares the same passion and beliefs as Andrea. She believes that everyone has the need to feel loved, valued, and heard and to have a reason to get up in the morning.
In each community, Tracey leads the team in living and working together. There are no barriers, no uniforms, drug trollies, routines or anything that creates a divide between us and our family members.
