My mum moved to Kent Farm just over a month ago after a bad experience at another care home. We could not believe the difference in care that Mum has been receiving since arriving and it is amazing to see how settled and happy she is now.

My mum moved to Kent Farm just over a month ago after a bad experience at another care home. We could not believe the difference in care that Mum has been receiving since arriving and it is amazing to see how settled and happy she is now.
The care Mum gets cannot be faulted in any way - the staff are amazing and so loving towards her, making her feel secure, safe and happy. The change in Mum is unbelievable and even with her dementia you can see the positive change in her - she has never asked to go home and is always happy to return to Kent Farm after a day out.

As a family, we have also been welcomed by the staff, who take time to get to know us. Mum is in the best place with the best care and to see her smile all the time is testimony to that.

My husband, who has dementia, has been spending a day a fortnight and a few weeks respite for me to have a break. I would not have him going anywhere else. The staff are absolutely wonderful they literally welcome him with open arms and he comes alive there. It is also very secure. The food is really good, he eats better there than at home. The rooms are clean and everything is so well kept. It is a wonderful very well kept home and I would recommend it to anyone

Kent Farm is very much a homely care home, and I am incredibly proud of our team for creating such a warm, friendly and welcoming environment. Helping our residents feel safe, comfortable and at home is at the heart of everything we do. Your husband is a true gentleman, and his wonderful smile is infectious. Our staff and residents genuinely enjoy spending time with him, and it is lovely to see him come alive when he is here. Kent Farm has been my father's home now for almost six years and he has been comfortably very well looked after in all of his time there. The atmosphere is very relaxed and it feels like a big family home. The food is excellent and the care is second to none. The staff always have time for family...
Kent Farm has been my father's home now for almost six years and he has been comfortably very well looked after in all of his time there. The atmosphere is very relaxed and it feels like a big family home. The food is excellent and the care is second to none. The staff always have time for family questions and nothing is ever regarded as trivial or stupid.

My Father has recently passed away at Kent Farm, he spent his last 20 months as a resident there. During his time he was very well looked after in all aspects, and treated with respect and care at all times, as were we the family. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff.

My Father has recently passed away at Kent Farm, he spent his last 20 months as a resident there. During his time he was very well looked after in all aspects, and treated with respect and care at all times, as were we the family. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff.
He celebrated his 100th birthday whilst at Kent Farm and the day was memorable as the staff laid on an event that I could not have done without their considerable help.

The best aspect of this care home is the staff, they are nothing but fantastic in all they do.

To read how happy you were as relatives with the care we provided and your acknowledgment your loved one was happy at Kent farm means a lot to us all and makes us very proud of our establishment.
We were honoured and privileged to have the opportunity to care for such a kind and proud gentleman, at 100 years young he was an inspiration and reminded us all why we do the job we do and love it so much.

All the team at Kent farm have shown kindness, compassion and care to my beloved father who sadly passed away there. This was extended to his family and friends that visited.
During his time they demonstrated an holistic approach to his care, with lots of laughter, allowing his personality to shine, being local helped with conversations, allowing time and great patience. Keeping him at the centre of his care.
During his final days they gave respect and dignity, as they did for his wife earlier this year who also passed away at Kent farm.
