This home is disgusting.
My grandmother's room has fecal matter over it and every time my mum goes in to see my nan she is dirty and they won't take her for a shower. Also, every time she has been in to visit, the commode has been emptied but not even rinsed out, let alone properly cleaned. My nan's
things constantly go missing. When you walk in the smell that hits you is a powerful odour of stale urine which only gets worse as you go up the stairs. Please please please do not let your dear relatives be shoved in this awful place by social services.
