Our dear friend was with the team at Manor Court for a year before he died. The care and love the team showed him was extraordinary. He was so happy there, they accommodated his love of gardening by allowing him to suggest things in the garden and put up murals he painted. I cannot explain how caring the staff were, it was hugely comforting to us. I would recommend the home to everyone, it's clean and well laid out and feels extremely welcoming. But the main praise is for the people, their hard work and genuine care of the residents is a joy, heart warming and very special.

My mum has been a resident at the home for 15 months, and recently had her 99th birthday. Unfortunately her mobility is very poor, with her sustaining many falls. The staff have been very attentive to her many needs, and should be commended for the care they give.

I was the main carer for my friend whose wife had passed away. I was going away for 3 months and Manor Court accepted him.

They treated him with empathy and dignity. He is now a permanent resident and under their care is now happier and thriving.

"Since my mother-in-law joined Manor Court care home two months ago, we've been consistently impressed by the truly excellent person-centred care she receives. From the very first day, the staff have gone above and beyond to ensure her comfort and happiness, making what could have been a difficult transition incredibly smooth. It's clear they take the time to understand her unique personality and preferences, which means a lot to us as a family. The dedication to person-centred care is evident in every interaction. The whole team actively listens to her needs, respects her choices, and always treats her with the utmost dignity and compassion. Whether it's her daily routine, meal preferences, or engaging, everything is tailored to her individual well-being. This personalised approach has truly made her feel valued and at home, which is exactly what we hoped for. Knowing that she is in such capable and caring hands has given our entire family immense peace of mind. Highly recommend!

My mother moved into Manor court care home Nov 2025, after a hospital discharge, when moving in she was very frail. However, I been absolutely astounded by the exceptional quality of care she has received since her arrival. The staff's dedication, compassion, and professionalism have completely won me over.

I been particularly impressed by the genuine warmth and attentiveness shown to my mother. I have witnessed firsthand how the team goes above and beyond to meet her needs and ensure her comfort. This personalised approach has provided me with a great sense of peace, knowing she's in such capable hands. I feel entirely comfortable with her care, and know she couldn't possibly receive better treatment anywhere else. The manager is very approachable, and always available, and shows such compassion and empathy, and his team are truly remarkable. I am incredibly grateful for the peace of mind Manor court has given me, and the wonderful care they provide to mum."

From day one I found staff and management very professional. My father had Dementia and everyone was so understanding and caring. He often commented on how lovely they were. The food was amazing and the whole place clean and tidy. When it came to the end for my father everyone was amazing and we could not have asked for more.

You should all be very proud of the care you provide.

From the very first point of contact on the phone to actually walking through the main doors on the first day of my husbands respite the accolades are so high for the care home and all its staff. Each and everyone of the staff are an absolute credit to this care home. My husband is non verbal and his reactions and body language spoke for itself. He was so well cared for. Thank you to everyone at Manor Court. The epitome of care.

My Mother was a resident at Manor Court from October 2023 until she sadly died this January 2025.

Her lovely large room with the handy kitchenette was always kept very clean and tidy. The food was excellent and varied. One of the many positive things about this care home is that they have a policy to encourage residents to be down stairs in the communal area so they interact and are not left in their room. There are also varied visiting performers and activities to entertain and stimulate. The carers were wonderful - very attentive, helpful and kind - seeing to my mum's every need including even allowing us to facetime her using one of the carer's phone. One example of the exceptional care was when the manager came in especially to sit with my mum late one night when there was a serious health issue so she wasn't left on her own. My mother was very happy at Manor Court and my family will always be grateful.

My mum has been in the care home since mid-July. Her care has been excellent. She has a lovely room and is very well looked after. Mum has dementia and was neglected in her own home for 4 years. Since moving into the care home she is well fed and well cared for. The staff are all excellent. They have all been very supportive to us at a very difficult time. Mum is well cared for and aged 84 is living her best life.

My mother has been living at Manor Court for nearly 12 months. In this time I feel that her needs have been clearly assessed and met at the home in an organised and caring manner.
I am impressed by the caring attitudes and friendly care staff, kitchen, cleaning and support staff.

When I ask Mum she says feels safe and enjoys the food and activities with others at the home.

The manager and staff at Manor Court have been so supportive in the transition of my mum moving in. The set-up of having the equivalent of a little studio flat makes it still feel like home, and my mum tells me she loves her little room. There are so many choices of other rooms to use at Manor Court and being able to feel part of a community. As a family, we are able to visit whenever we want to, and every member of staff takes the time to talk to you and acknowledge your visit. The staff are amazing, and work incredibly hard, and are always available to talk to. Credit to everyone from the management, carers, kitchen staff, housekeeping and anyone else I've forgotten to mention.

My mother arrived at Manor Court from hospital following another fall at her home. It had become clear to the family she could no longer remain living independently at home and we researched local care homes with a view to find her a permanent care home. Having witnessed the care and professionalism of the staff at Manor Court we were happy that there was nothing comparable to Manor Court. The home is clean and welcoming and the staff are so kind and attentive to all of us. We could not be happier that this is the place for Mum.

Manor Court is a very clean, modern, well-maintained home. Very polite and friendly staff. The food is really good, with many choices. Rooms are big, airy and well-furnished. Well-staffed, even if there is a hiccup, they own up to it, try to rectify it, apologise and learn from it. Staff are easy to talk to. Generally, really cared about my mother.
