Mum has been a resident here for a number of years and has always been treated with kindness, respect and a big smile. The hardworking staff go the extra mile to make sure residents feel at home. Plenty of inclusive activities going on, if Mum decides not to join in she still enjoys seeing and hearing
the fun going on around her. The home-cooked food always looks great, Mum's diet is well catered for and she really enjoys her meals. Good continuity of staff helps the level of care and attention. I'm kept well informed if Mum is unwell. Have really appreciated the team's hard work to keep everyone safe through the lockdowns. I feel Mum is safe and happy in what feels like a warm family home environment.

Both my parents-in-law have been previous residents and my mother is presently in care at Nutley. The staff are superb and have given excellent care to all 3 relatives. There has always been a friendly and family atmosphere when we have visited.

My Mum has been there for 14 years. It has been a very well-run home, over time there has been the odd hiccup. But always dealt with efficiently and with care. The staff are always friendly, helpful and very caring, some have been there as long as Mum and that says a lot. They have dealt with Covid
extremely well and kept us well informed as to what has been happening. We often get pictures of things the residents are doing, which is great to see. These are still difficult times, I know Mum is safe, secure and very well looked after. If I need to go in to a home, it's where I would like to go, mind you would they have me!

My mother has been a resident at Nutley Lodge since May. I can honestly say the staff are always friendly, they greet you with a smile. Nothing is too much trouble the manager is approachable and leads by example. Residents here are treated with kindness and respect. My mother is very happy.
