Funding & Fees

All personal care, meals and activities are included in the monthly costs. The only additional costs are personal costs which are not attached to the home e.g. telephone bills (residents can bring local phone number), hairdressing and chiropody.


We have 3 levels of care:


Level 1 - £2995.00 per calendar month
Level 2 - £3350.00 per calendar month
Level 3 - £3750.00 per calendar month


All our residents are responsible for covering the monthly costs either in full or via top ups.
