All staff have had appropriate training and senior staff have undertaken industry-leading dementia and mental health training programmes.

My only regret is that Mum was here for a relatively short time, we did think she would be at Clarence House for a few years, but it wasn't to be. But in that time everyone treated us with care and friendship and we were so impressed with the care and compassion given to all the residents living there. If only all care homes could be like Clarence House!
