Overall Experience

We might be Downunder in Australia but the staff at Aucklands Care always make us feel so close to Mum. Your regular updates, fun photos, videos and communications keep us updated with everything that's happening there. We can't thank you enough for the level of care and compassion you have shown towards our precious mum. The staff have gone above and beyond to make every day special, memorable and above all - fun. So reassuring to see Mum smiling and laughing as she enjoys and shares in all the activities. There's never a dull moment and we thank you sincerely for all you do. It is all greatly appreciated. The Byrne family Downunder.

I can't think of a more suitable place for my Mum. The owner and staff are always available, caring, and loving towards all the residents. I can think of nothing negative to say about Aucklands and Benson the cat makes it just the purrrfect place.
