Overall Experience
A happy atmosphere awaits with helpful staff in pleasant clean surroundings where residents are gently cared for, entertained and fed well.
There is a nice garden and it is used for outdoor functions to bring families, residents and staff together for nice times, to sit in and do some potting.

The staff are very helpful. Where possible, any specific requests by family members is adhered to eg. Ready in special clothes for an outing.

Overall Experience

I am very happy and reassured with the care my partner is receiving at Seacliff. The staff are so kind and caring and do all they can to reassure and encourage my partner, from supporting him in the various activities to helping at mealtimes. The home has a lovely family feel among residents, visitors and staff, I am always welcomed at the home and a cup of tea offered! Communication with staff is really good and I have been kept in touch by phone if necessary.

I am sad to say, I cannot give Seacliff Care Home a good review. I paid Seacliff six months in advance for my father's care. Unfortunately, my father died after four and a half months! Seacliff gave me a receipt for the remaining money of £3,508 pounds, saying it would be deposited into my bank account within 7 working days. That was on November 17th 2023 now we are at the end of Feb 2024 and despite numerous calls and visits to Seacliff, I still have not received my £3,508 pounds. Very unhappy with that! It's very sad to end my experience like this!

My father has been so happy, and he has excellent service from the staff. They always go that bit extra to help. I genuinely think they have added a couple of years to his life; he is so happy. Thanks again to the team, best wishes.
