Outstanding, Ambleside Residential Home went above and beyond my expectations. My Pops adored the staff and said they were the most loving staff, nothing was too much trouble. They always sought medical advice when required, he made a new family and friends with regular visits to the supermarket. It was a home from home environment and made to feel safe with key code doors which was of the utmost importance to us as he was being safeguarded. Staff were also approachable, as a family they supported us to his final hours of life and also cooked us a full English breakfast which was much appreciated as a family. You guys are truly amazing and I cannot express my gratitude enough. I always highly recommend you to all my relatives and hope when my time comes I’m fortunate enough to be blessed the same way he was. Missed dearly.
My father needed urgent respite care. They were able to come out the same day to assess my Dad and moved in by the evening. It was very stressful time for me, but the move went really smoothly, the staff were really friendly and my Dad really enjoyed his time there. The food looked and smelt...

I would definitely recommend this home to others.
