We have found the staff caring, polite and with a good attitude to the residents - which is of a paramount importance for relatives of a resident. There is no problem in discussing issues of concern or uncertainty and we feel well informed, I am very happy that mum is well cared for and would recommend the home happily.
I am extremely happy with the care provided. My relative is now no longer frightened and lonely. He is receiving excellent care all round and loves the food. He has thrived since being here.
My partner has come to live here in Sept 2017 during this time he has received good care in a safe homely environment, his needs are met and he is treated with dignity. He enjoys the food here and eats a healthy balanced diet. He joins in activities provided to the best of his ability. Field House provides various activities for the residents which help to maintain his quality of life and help to keep him as active as possible.
My aunt settled in well and likes Field House she is well looked after. She also enjoys all the activities that go on in the house.
Mum is looked after and cared for by the most loving of people. She is never alone, entertained, and receives wonderful meals.
All staff members are pleasing and very helpful. Field House feels like a home from home and I am so grateful Mum was accepted here.
Thank you.
The home is safe, warm and well managed. Mum is always treated as an individual with individual needs. She is free to join in the activities which suit her and enjoys choosing from the varied lunch and tea menus.
All of the things that are really important are done well, if there are any small concerns or queries these are dealt with well and feedback is both encouraged and valued.
Field House has received (another) very good CQC inspection report and it was clear, even to visitors, that not only were the results shared promptly with the staff but the credit too. This says a lot about teamwork, evident on each and every visit, with the staff devoting their full attention to the residents.
Thank you all your exceptional care and kindness.
Whilst Field House is relatively new to my mother as a resident, we can only confirm that we are extremely pleased with my mother's treatment and care. The staff are not only kind and attentive but are very professional and caring. Thank you.
Dad is always happy when I visit which is 4-5 times a week. Staff friendly and attentive. The home has a friendly home from home feel.
Kind, caring, listen to needs, helpful. Home is clean and tidy. Residents are clean, well fed and happy. Plenty of activities.
My mother was moved to Field House at short notice, but it turned out to be a good move for her. She is now doing walking well thanks to the efforts of the staff. I feel she is well cared for by the staff, who always show a dignified respect to all the residents.
The residence is very accommodating and staff very helpful and caring. Nothing is too much trouble.
It is difficult to fully express how grateful we are as a family for all that Field House has done for our mum. For what is now approaching four years everyone at Field House has shown our mum the utmost kindness and patience. The people who work at Field House are blessed with a can do approach, the ability to make it all look so easy and always with a smile. Thank you for everything Field House.
