I cannot rate Frith House highly enough. Every single person from the Managers to the domestic team are wonderful. The care and attention they are giving to my Mum is outstanding and the kindness and welcome they give to our family is the most precious thing during difficult times. Frith have gone the extra mile for us the wonderful team there display the very best of humanity. I will always be grateful to everyone there for their grace, humour, kindness, professionalism and for caring for my Mum so that she retains her dignity. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you team Frith.

Every member of staff, whether carer, domestic, catering, admin, etc, shows a real interest in, and care for, the individual in the home, and visiting relatives. They show an understanding of dementia, seeking to engage the individual but understanding if the response they get is confused or uncertain. The home is bright, clean, and well decorated, with interesting pictures and objects on display. There is a wide range of activities for the residents. The atmosphere in the home is positive and cheerful.

My mother in law was admitted as an emergency after a spell in hospital and needed respite. She was very weak and had lost a lot of confidence. After 3 months of excellent nurture and care, she had gained weight, gained strength, and confidence. She is less anxious and is making excellent progress. The whole Frith family team of carers, management, administration, housekeeping and catering have been amazing! Thank you.

I can not thank the staff at Frith House enough for the care they give to my mom. The patience and reassurance you show my mum when she constantly wants to come home can not be easy to handle. The way you help her gently unpack when she has packed her bags, and how you comfort her when she is missing her family. The dignity and care you show when she has had an accident. It means the world to me that you show such compassion. Even when she does not try to join in activities. I see how you still try to involve her. Most of all, thank you for being such kind, caring people.

I want to say a massive thank you to the exceptional carers at Frith House. They all show such compassion and empathy with the residents. My mum is always happy, comfortable and included in lots of different events and activities. They go above and beyond, especially Heather, Tracey and Christie. They keep me informed regarding my mum. Care at every visit is exceptional.

As a family, we can not speak highly enough of Frith House, the care home my mother in law has gone into. The home is bright, clean and well maintained with lovely gardens. Immediately upon arrival, the management team were amazing. Very understanding and supportive, always available for questions & concerns. The staff members are also very approachable and helpful. We were impressed by their dedication. The food is excellent (very nutritious) and plenty of choices, and also providing daily organised activities keeping residents active and entertained. It gives us absolute peace of mind knowing my mother in law is safe and being cared for. With no hesitation, we would highly recommend Firth House to anyone looking for this type of environment for their loved ones

Activities are appropriate for his abilities, and report to me what he's been doing or how he has been feeling during the day.

When my father passed away in late September 2025, he and his family experienced once again the incredible compassion, strongest of support, and true professionalism of the whole Frith House team. Having spent several years in Frith House, we have seen only the most dedicated and dignified treatment for my father, at a personal level, during both the good and the more difficult times of his progressive dementia. Living on the other side of the world always made logistics complex for my family, but the staff were excellent at keeping us updated and sharing both the small and more consequential details of my father when he was no longer able to communicate easily. I was deeply impressed by the care and compassion shown both to daddy and my family during the final days, and the guidance and support following his passing as well. I remain deeply indebted to a group of true professionals who were always there for my father and his family -- thank you all from the bottom of my heart!

All the staff are excellent at Frith House. My cousin has been in Frith House since April 25, and I can't speak highly enough of the care, compassion and kindness that my cousin has had everday of the wekk 24 hours a day. The care staff, housekeeping staff, catering team, and managers are all wonderful to cousin. I am very grateful that cousin is looked after and kept safe. Everyone is so professional and compassionate about their work as it's not just a job its a vacation, not just a job, and I am eternally grateful. I would recommend Frith House to everyone as it is a lovely home, and I know that cousin is in good hands.

Fabulous care home with excellent attention to detail. Support both granny and the family throughout full dementia pathway adapting to her changing needs as necessary.

Occasionally mixed communication regarding granny's changing needs which could have impacted her care... this did cause some confusion and upset within the family bug handled very well by management

I cannot praise Frith House highly enough during my mothers stay & would highly recommend it to any family wishing to find a safe & loving environment for their relation / friend.

The staff are a very personable and welcoming, and always handle any questions or queries efficiently. The care staff are very gentle and caring with the residents, and the atmosphere is always good at Frith House. My mother seems so much calmer and happier - which is just what we hoped for. She seems to be in a really good routine and content in her environment, which she calls 'home'. We feel she is in the best place.

The care he received over the 6 years was above expectations. The last three years he had been difficult, yet the staff have been patient, caring & considerate. Mike had other care issues, a stoma after a cancer op. Yet at no time did the staff show impatience or lack of care. Frith exceeded expectations.

I have found all the staff friendly and helpful. They showed an interest in my aunt and made her feel welcome from the beginning. They have a very positive attitude to supporting people with dementia. It is a happy and cheerful environment. It still feels like early days but I am optimistic about the future for my aunt at Frith House. She has moved in at a period in her life when she can enjoy the lovely meals, company and activities. Everyone I've met have been kind and caring.

Nan has been in Frith for over a year now. Unfortunately, her dementia has progressed, causing her to have difficulty swallowing. The home is very good at offering pureed food for her. Nan has a lovely room, which she is really happy in, as she is able to have all her own things in. The staff are lovely and friendly, and the management team are very approachable.

Pleased with the care and concern my husband recieved.
