I sometimes need to spend time in care, to give my carer some time to themselves. I never really want to go as I prefer to stay at home, but I can say that I found being at Frith House really comfortable.
They made me feel very welcome from the moment I met with the manager and the team, and throughout they were so friendly. My room was really comfortable, and I felt at home with my things around me. There is lots to do each day, and time to just sit and watch TV when I felt like doing that. I made some good friends during my stay and we enjoyed meal times together, and I actually started to eat more than I usually do at home!
I had visitors from time to time, and they were made to feel welcome as much as I was - nothing was too much trouble. They were offered cups of tea on arrival, and we spent time in the quiet lounge being able to talk. I can't thank the wonderful staff enough.
Thank you for my lovely stay! I will be back.
