This was the second care home we tried mum in. The first had 5* rating but the continuity of care was not there and mum was very unsettled and would not leave her room. From the moment we visited Fristh House to view as a possible home for mum we were made to feel part of the family. The whole team
are amazing and mum has settled in well and has made friends. She attends the dining room for meals and is helped to join in activities. As a family, we cannot rate Frith House high enough. Nothing is a problem and we feel loved and cared for. The management are superband lead a fantastic team of carers.

I cannot rate these people highly enough, from key workers though to management.


Nothing was ever too much trouble and everyone always made time to talk if needed or even just to listen as there have been dark days and extremely difficult at times but these people always made life a bit easier in

a really tough situation to deal with.


That's why I would recommend this home to anyone who is thinking or needing to put a loved or in my case loved ones into a home and to have a piece of mind that reassurance is there with all aspects of it.

I sometimes need to spend time in care, to give my carer some time to themselves. I never really want to go as I prefer to stay at home, but I can say that I found being at Frith House really comfortable.
They made me feel very welcome from the moment I met with the manager and the team, and throughout
they were so friendly. My room was really comfortable, and I felt at home with my things around me. There is lots to do each day, and time to just sit and watch TV when I felt like doing that. I made some good friends during my stay and we enjoyed meal times together, and I actually started to eat more than I usually do at home!
I had visitors from time to time, and they were made to feel welcome as much as I was - nothing was too much trouble. They were offered cups of tea on arrival, and we spent time in the quiet lounge being able to talk. I can't thank the wonderful staff enough.
Thank you for my lovely stay! I will be back.
