Anchor’s Madeleine House is located at the centre of the Stechford community in Birmingham. The home provides friendly and comfortable residential and dementia care for up to 41 residents in single ensuite rooms. It continues to welcome new residents, both on a permanent and shorter term basis.

The dedicated care team takes the time to get to know the individual and works with them, and their loved ones, to create detailed care plans to ensure their care needs are continually met.

Anchor provides dementia care and provides on-going training to ensure the team members' approach is best for customers living with dementia. They work hard to get to know customers, build relationships and ensure all aspects of the service they provide are focused on individual and compassionate care.

Anchor is England’s largest provider of housing and care for those over 55 years of age and has 60 years of experience as a not-for-profit provider of services to older people.

The group reinvests into its services and properties to continually raise standards and exceed expectations.

The care and consideration taken at this home is outstanding. I visit regularly always something going on to entertain the residents. Quality of foods is excellent have been to some events here can't fault it.

Madeleine House provided a good service to my 78 year old mother with dementia. They ensure that the family are inclusive of the care provided and will always contact family members if they have any queries or concerns.
My mother's speech is limited and recently she was unwell but was unable to say
where she was feeling pain. Staff who knew her were able to identify that she was "not herself" and contact the homes GP, mum was subsequently admitted to hospital where appropriate treatment was administered.
I am very happy with the service and staff who provide care.
