Please accept our sincere apologies for this oversight. It is always our intention to contact relatives and send a condolence card, but this was clearly an oversight. Our Chaplain usually helps us with this but, during this pandemic, we have had fewer colleagues available in the home. Claire Picchi is the care home Manager at MHA Charnwood House and brings with her a strong background in operational and service management. She has been part of the MHA family for 7 years, initially working as a Service Administration Manager before stepping into an Operational Support Manager role. Most recently, Claire embraced the opportunity to lead Charnwood House, and although this is her first role within a care home setting, she instantly knew it was where she truly belonged.
Claire is passionate about creating a caring, supportive environment where every resident is valued and encouraged to live later life well.
