Lovely caring home, staff are fantastic (most) clean an tidy. Activities are fantastic for residence very inclusive for all espacally my mum who is blind can aproch most staff if have a problem
I and my siblings are always welcomed, and we all feel that our mum is being cared for emotionally and physically. Can't praise everyone enough.
My father entered Victoria Park in September 2023. From the moment he arrived he felt at home. He was able to settle over a few weeks with the support of the fabulous staff. The care home was clean and fresh, decorated will and there were always activities going on. My dad especially loved his Christmas at Victoria Park, all the gorgeous decorations and the food! At the age of 92 his last few months were a pleasure for him, eating what he wanted. The staff at Victoria Park are all absolute angels!
I love being here, as everyone is great to me. The activities are great, the home is clean and the management is great.
When I visited Mum after work, you always presented me with a lovely cup of tea, you go over and beyond your role, you beautiful caring lady.
I would turn up all times day and night and always be made welcome.
Thank you Victoria Park you were able to do for Mum what we as a family were unable to do.
Cleanliness can't be faulted though acknowledging the need to keep the premises warm, I feel there is a need nonetheless to ensure windows are frequently opened to let fresh air through the building.
I have been very happy here, well looked after, 10/10. Staff really good, hard-working but always answer a call as soon as they can. Can't find fault. I have been in here before just over 12 months ago and when I need help I deliberately ask to come as I knew I would get excellent care.
I enjoyed myself even though I was in pain with my hip. The new doctor is great but we only got him while I am here. All the girls are great, they help me all the while and there is nothing they won't do for me while I am here. They are all great for me, day and night. Sometimes, when my hip is hurting, they put my cream on which the doctor gave me, they sit and rub it all in. Bless them.
The staff are very good to my sister.
Thank you.
My dad stayed at Victoria Park for a few weeks, he was cared for by lovely, kind and understanding staff. I cannot praise this care home enough. My dad was cared for brilliantly, I would recommend the home to anyone!
We, as a family, are very happy, happy with how my dad is being cared for at Victoria Park. He's been in and out of hospital several times and has been very poorly. The staff all are very caring and, as my dad has been there a few years now, they know his needs and what makes him content. It is home now and it's peace of mind for us knowing he's happy! Thank you all for the encouragement you give him to keep him happy.
My experience at Victoria Park Care Home has been a wonderful experience. The staff are outstanding. I have made a good few friends and my stay has been beautiful. Thank you everyone.
Our experience of Victoria Park Care Home has been exemplary. The team there are kind, caring, empathetic and responsive to not only the residents but to the relatives too. The care of my frail mother was first-class, nothing was too much trouble, a personalised service was always offered too. Leadership of the home was visible and approachable, they played their part in giving care, role modelling for others. I have no hesitation in recommending Victoria Park.
First-class care was received by my 98-year-old mother during a ten-day stay after an accident. Food was good and the place was clean. Carers were kind and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you to all.
I would like to thank all the staff for the amazing support offered to my mum, she has now moved to a sister care home. The staff were always polite and always had time to talk to her. She was really happy there.
The carers are always welcoming and willing to speak with me if I have any queries. I feel I am kept up to date with my sister's condition. The staff certainly put my mind at rest if I'm worried about anything.
Victoria Park Care Home is a real asset to HC-One and I am delighted that I chose them for my sister's care. I would recommend them to anyone.
I enjoy the activities here. I love the food here. I think the staff are friendly.
