Fabulous celebration of Mum's birthday, you're not 90 everyday and everyone on the staff made a special effort to make her day- from balloons and a cake down to the little touches that a family does, she was made to feel like a Queen for the day- thankyou so very much

The staff are very efficient and make my brother happy and contented.

My review of Roxburgh House is that my uncle is very happy, and I am glad he is settled. I am pleased with the way he is being looked after and the meals are gorgeous. He has been treated with dignity as a human being. I can't praise the staff enough, the way they talk to him and take notice when he has a problem.

Staff always pleasant, friendly & hardworking. Warm homely feel, good food, clean and tidy.

This is a wonderful care home. Our whole experience from start to finish has been nothing but positive. All the staff are very good and in particular the care staff who treat our loved ones with empathy, dignity and respect. The food and choices are excellent, the interaction of staff with residents and the organised activities are fantastic. My mother thoroughly enjoyed her stay here and was sad to leave. I cannot speak highly enough of this home and would recommend it to anyone looking for a home either for themselves or a loved one.

I cannot praise the home enough. My mom is settled well and has made friends quite quickly. Not only do all the staff care for my mom, they are also very supportive to myself. I know my mom is in safe hands, which helps me accept the discission my mom made.

My mum has been a resident since November 2023. In that time I've seen her treated with nothing but kindness and love, she has Alzheimer's, a horrible condition and one that I was unprepared for. Roxburgh has held my hand and helped me cope with everything. Mum is happy and settled, calm and well cared for. The food is always nutritious and delicious. I cannot praise Roxburgh enough.

My mum has been a resident at Roxburgh for 2 and a half years. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Mum has been so happy at Roxburgh. The staff and outstanding manager provide excellent care for her. They are always letting me know how she is if I call, everyone know are and can update me straight away. I love that Mum is encouraged to join in all activities and I am really happy with how cared for Mum is.

Absolutely fantastic! The staff are so friendly and helpful. I couldn't wish for my mother a better home. They have good food and excellent entertainment. Every need is met!

My husband (resident) passed away at Roxburgh and all the staff have been wonderful. Having phoned in a couple of times since his passing, they have been so welcoming and friendly. He was only there four months, but we as a family have been so pleased with his stay there and have heard so many very good comments from outsiders about Roxburgh at Cradley Heath.

I am very pleased with everybody who treats my brother. The staff are very helpful and are always happy and jolly; this makes me happy when I leave him. Everything is perfect, which is great.

My mother-in-law has been at Roxburgh House since January. She has settled in really well with the help of the lovely staff. She has made friends with some of the other residents. The staff are really helpful and friendly. I am very happy with the care given to my mother-in-law, all the family feel the same.

The team at Roxburg House are incredible with mom. They are all lovely with her and nothing is too much trouble for them. Thank you all.

Since moving into Roxburgh House Care Home my father-in-law has come on leaps and bounds and is thriving. He is happy, well and settled. He joins in with the activities which he has not done for years living on his own he declined both mentally and physically and now in a community setting he is improving. The staff have been so welcoming and always greet you at each visit. Most importantly, as a family, we feel he is safe.

My mother is receiving palliative care. The staff are always polite, kind and considerate. The care my mother receives is respectful and dignified.

I can't thank Roxburgh House Care Home enough for their help and support. My mum has been welcomed into there home and the care they have provided so far is up and beyond. All staff are polite and friendly and go out of their way to help you.

The care is second to none, the staff are always lovely. They make me feel very welcome each time I visit. Mom loves the entertainment, especially when the singers come in. Well done Roxburgh.

Dad has been in Roxburgh House Care Home now for around three months we saw him yesterday 09/12/22 and each time we see him he's changing for the better. He looks healthy, and well cared for and the staff and management are all excellent. He has now gained weight and he is so happy always smiling and telling us how happy he is now.

My partner and I cannot stress enough how absolutely brilliant this home is. Dad moved from a care home in Leicester where he was brutally attached by a former resident. The neglect was terrible and we got him moved near to us in Cradley Heath. The Manager and her team made the move stress free. Such kind people, the staff are amazing, and we are so happy.

Staff can't do enough for you. Love to visit now we can. My friend loves it, I feel better knowing she is being looked after.
