Nestled in the popular outskirts of Cradley Heath in the West Midlands, Roxburgh House Care Home offers personalised residential and residential dementia care to older people.

Community is a fundamental part of life at Roxburgh House. The team understand how important it is to maintain relationships with the wider community and so they regularly organise opportunities for residents to get involved, including events with local schools, charities and businesses in the area.

Inside the home, residents of Roxburgh House benefit from a space that has been carefully designed to offer comfort and a home from home feel. The sitting rooms are a great place to relax as well as spend time with other residents, and the dining rooms offer the perfect spot to enjoy meals prepared by the talented catering team.

Outside, a lovely dementia-friendly decked area with seating and raised flower beds (which is looked after by some of the residents) provides a great spot for entertaining friends and family while the sunny conservatory allows residents to enjoy some sun and views of the garden all year around. Tastefully decorated, this friendly home also offers a range of onsite facilities including a hair salon and quiet room.

The professional care team is led by the experienced and friendly home manager, with the shared goal of providing the kindest care possible to all residents. By getting to know each individual person at Roxburgh House, they take pride in empowering residents to take an active part in life at the home. My mom has recently moved into Roxburgh House. I have visited and worked in many homes over the years and have to say that this is one of the best places I could have chosen. The staff and management are fantastic and they have put my mind at rest knowing that my mom is receiving the best care she can
have. The choices of food are lovely and the home is very clean. Everyone goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome.

My mom is new to Roxburgh House Care Home but is really happy and feels it is the perfect place for her and she has made exactly the right choice. It's like a hotel spotless, staff are friendly and professional at all times and have a great sense of fun and humour. All good so far keep up the good work.

I give Roxburgh House this rating because Roxburgh House is the best one in Sandwell as it is kept nice and clean and the staff are friendly and caring and hard working. I cannot fault them because they work hard to keep the residents well and safe. I must say the security on Roxburgh is brilliant.

We could not ask for better care for our sister. The staff are fantastic, and we can tell our sister is being looked after; she always looks clean, smart and happy. It really gives us peace of mind knowing she is well looked after knowing her condition Alzheimer's needs that extra bit of care. Thank

Although the reception areas and some decoration require updating, the attention to the care and support of residents really is second to none. The manager and her staff couldn't be more supportive of both residents and relatives. Her down to earth attitude to care for the elderly should be highly regarded

From care staff to management and admin everyone is always so helpful. I can relax in the knowledge that my loved one is looked after. Also, there has been such a vast improvement in communication since the pandemic. I know the staff work very hard to not only provide care but to improve residents lives.

This home looked after our mum with love and care, I can't fault it. They were there for her every need. The staff and manager are lovely and caring. Even though sadly, mum passed away In January 202 to Covid-19, we will be forever grateful to them for the care my mom received. I would recommend them

My mom has been in the home about 9-months, and I have found the staff and manager to be nothing but loving and caring. They have taken brilliant care of our Mom. I can't fault the home. It is lovely knowing her every need is catered for. I would recommend it to anyone.
