Roxburgh House Care Home

Every time I visit my mother, she is washed/clean clothes, hair brushed nice, and the staff make me and my father so welcome. We have coffee in the bistro and feel comfortable.

Can't thank Roxbourgh enough for the support and care they have given my nan and us as a family. The service provided is outstanding, and the care is priceless.

My mom has recently moved into Roxburgh House. I have visited and worked in many homes over the years and have to say that this is one of the best places I could have chosen. The staff and management are fantastic and they have put my mind at rest knowing that my mom is receiving the best care she can have. The choices of food are lovely and the home is very clean. Everyone goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome.

My mom is new to Roxburgh House Care Home but is really happy and feels it is the perfect place for her and she has made exactly the right choice. It's like a hotel spotless, staff are friendly and professional at all times and have a great sense of fun and humour. All good so far keep up the good work.

I give Roxburgh House this rating because Roxburgh House is the best one in Sandwell as it is kept nice and clean and the staff are friendly and caring and hard working. I cannot fault them because they work hard to keep the residents well and safe. I must say the security on Roxburgh is brilliant. Please keep up the good work.

Mom is very happy in Roxburgh. She is delighted by the lovely staff, food and activities.

Mom is looked after and cared for extremely well. My mom calls the staff friends and not carers. Always plenty of food.

We could not ask for better care for our sister. The staff are fantastic, and we can tell our sister is being looked after; she always looks clean, smart and happy. It really gives us peace of mind knowing she is well looked after knowing her condition Alzheimer's needs that extra bit of care. Thank you to everyone at the home.

My father was treated with kindness, love and care. He said everyone was wonderful and the food was fabulous (now I have to lift my game at home)! The manager is brilliant and heads a great team. We can't thank you enough.

I am extremely pleased with this care home, people are lovely, food is very good, cleanliness very good, Manager is lovely. My brother-in-law is with them for a short stay, if he needs a care home in the future I won’t hesitate to take him to Roxburgh House. Thank you for looking after him you are much appreciated.

Mom has settled here nicely due to the friendly and caring staff. The home is very clean and welcoming. Mom is very happy and we can see a visible improvement on each visit.

Although the reception areas and some decoration require updating, the attention to the care and support of residents really is second to none. The manager and her staff couldn't be more supportive of both residents and relatives. Her down to earth attitude to care for the elderly should be highly regarded and applauded.

From care staff to management and admin everyone is always so helpful. I can relax in the knowledge that my loved one is looked after. Also, there has been such a vast improvement in communication since the pandemic. I know the staff work very hard to not only provide care but to improve residents lives. Keep up the good work.

This home looked after our mum with love and care, I can't fault it. They were there for her every need. The staff and manager are lovely and caring. Even though sadly, mum passed away In January 202 to Covid-19, we will be forever grateful to them for the care my mom received. I would recommend them highly.
