Dad has been at Coton Grange for nearly 3 weeks now and although he is finding it difficult to settle, I can not fault the staff and their efforts to help him and support the family. Thank you.
Hi,
We are delighted you have chosen Coton Grange for your father to reside , the transition from home to a Care Home setting is always unsettling at the beginning but we can see the change already and how is humour is appreciated amongst our staff and residents .Our caregiving and support...
My mother has settled in wonderfully thanks to the kindness and care of the staff & management. She has been taken out to the local village, been helped greatly with her mobility & loves having her nails painted by one of the staff - People here are kind, caring & I'm pleased I made the right choice of home for my mum.

The staff are always friendly and helpful, constantly interacting with the residents. My friend has been at the home a few weeks and the change in him has been noticeable. He looks very well and is happy to be looked after by the lovely team. Nothing is too much trouble and the carers are always very cheerful.

Hope to see you back soon
Kind regards,

My mum was placed at Coton Grange after a stay in hospital after a long lie fall and confusion. Since her arrival the staff have made her very welcome and are always actively interacting with the residents which is lovely to see. She loves taking part in the activities from gardening through to art and seated exercise. Since she has been at Coton she is getting more mobile and is having less vacant moments. She is always nicely dressed and has had her hair done and chiropody is offered as an additional payment which is beneficial. The staff always keep us updated on how she is and have sat with us to discuss what she likes to do and what foods etc she prefers. It is comforting to see her old self returning and gives relatives reassurance that she is happy.
Thank you so much for the lovely review, we thrive on being able to create positive outcomes for our residents whether they are with us temporarily or permanently , your Mum has definitely made some friends here at Coton Grange not only with the residents but the staff !
I will pass on this feedback to the staff.
See you soon

From the moment we walked into Coton Grange Care Home, I knew it was a special place. The manager and her staff are always smiling, welcoming, and treat my husband with such warmth and respect. It is a huge relief to see him settled and happy, and well cared for. They go out of their way to make me feel welcome, too. Treating us like family. I honestly couldn't have wished for a more caring home. Thank you to the manager and her staff and to the chef! Lovely cooked roast dinners.
Dear Ada,

My mom has been a resident at Coton Grange since November. My mom has advanced dementia with lots of ups & downs with her health of the past 3 months. I am very impressed with Coton grange & its staff. They are caring thoughtful & considerate to its residents & their family's. Special thank you to Nicola & Letitia who are very professional but approachable & who try to bring a smile to you & the residents face. It's a very difficult & challenge choice to find the right care home for a parent but after viewing & researching many I feel confident I made the correct choice.

I have found the care home in the short time I have been visiting my husband to be kind, caring, friendly and extremely helpful in every way. My husband seems to be settling in - at nearly 98 - a big change in every way for him to accept. I feel confident that with the years left to him, I can be sure that he will be cared for at all times.

My cousin has been a resident at the care home for a number of years. All staff are polite and pleasant to him. He is well looked after and shown dignity and respect. He is well and happy. The food is good, it has entertainment now and then and outings. Overall I am happy and contented knowing that he is in a good place and being looked after if there are any issues. The manager or staff let me know. Thank you all for being there for him.
Thank you for your review, its always a pleasure looking after him. Look forward to seeing you at the home and catching up. We will share your review with all the staff team.
We found Coton Grange on the internet and we were struck by the lovely, heartfelt reviews and lovely photographs. We arranged a visit over the phone and the manager was very kind and supportive. We were made so welcome by one member of staff in particular and all the other staff and residents, who we were introduced to. Mum has a lovely warm room overlooking the gardens with her own shower/toilet. The staff were kind. The food was lovely, the environment was pleasant. We have no regrets about our choice of Coton Grange.
