Very caring and helpful staff.
My father is very well cared for at the home and always appears relaxed and comfortable. He welcomes the attention paid to him by the staff and the support they provide. I feel comfortable knowing my father is safe.
Thank you very much for the feedback, which helps us monitor and sustain a good level of service.
My mum is very happy at Coton Grange and that is all that matters for the family. She is treated with care and respect.
Regards
Owner.
Very caring, excellent staff, very high standards, clean and comforting. I feel that my wife is getting great support so there are no worries for me. Visiting is always a pleasure.
Thank you, David, very reassuring to hear.
I could not have wished for a better care home for my Mum's last few months of her life. The support and care was excellent.
Thank you for completing the review. It will be passed on to the team.
Kind regards
I was looked after very well all the nurses were very caring there was nothing too much for them to do for me.
Everything excellent. No adverse comment.
The meals are very good and the cleanliness of the home is good and is tastefully furnished throughout. The security aspect is good and if there are any issues with my relative I am kept informed at all times. The home is a very large lounge/dining area to have meals together and socialise it also as a very large garden area and patio residents can relax in the summer months. I would not hesitate to recommend this care home to anyone.
From the outset, we were impressed by the enthusiasm of the staff members and the overall operation of the facility. Fifteen months later we are still impressed by the dedication of all members of staff, residents are warm, clean and well looked after. Pastoral care is excellent all involved have hands-on can do attitude. Any concerns are well resolved immediately highly recommended.
Staff very friendly, helpful and caring. I have a comfortable, quiet room overlooking golf course. Activities are arranged regularly and I can join in if I want to. Staff approachable and listen to my requests.
The manager of this home is extremely caring and always ready to talk to me about my Aunt. All the staff are helpful, patient and caring to all the residents who all look clean and well cared for. The lounge is clean.
The managers and staff create a happy atmosphere. Senior staff turnover is extremely low which I find very encouraging. Pleased to know all the staff receive training in dementia care and have updates.
All the staff are non-judgemental. I visit at random times and have never seen anything which concerns me. The kitchen and laundry staff are always very friendly and know the residents.
Activities and entertainment are good and appropriate for residents. I would have no hesitation in recommending Coton Grange.
A friendly and welcoming place.
Many thanks for the review. Although it is very positive, we would ask you to view the activity agenda upon your next visit. As you only visit once a month and we don't have an email for your family, we are unable to send you pictures of events that take place. Kind regards.
I believe my mother is receiving the best care she can during what is a difficult period in her life.
Many thanks for the positive review, very much helps us understand and improve our service. We shall try to adjust activities to suit your mum better.
My visit today has been a good experience. The staff are always cheerful and constantly looking to the needs of the residents. We are always kept in the loop with health issues and any problems are dealt with straight away. There is always activities for residents to do and they are encouraged to join in.
My husband had a friendly and welcoming arrival, was listened to. A well-organised care plan was put into place and seemed well at home.
I am so truly thankful that this wonderful home was suggested to me when the time came that mum needed more care than would have been possible in her own home. It's such a warm, cosy friendly place that it does indeed seem like a home from home.
Mum has benefitted so much from the wonderful care that she receives and has settled in so well. Management is excellent, nothing is too much trouble, Professional yet personal, I feel that I am one of the family too, the way I am treated I cannot recommend this lovely home enough.
Everything is very satisfactory. Attendants, meals, accommodation, friendliness of all the staff, cleaners, launderers, meal ladies etc.
We are sorry to see a poor next to activities. We shall make sure this resident is consulted and activities are more suited for them. Key worker will be arranging to meet.
Very clean home. Caring staff. Made my wife feel safe, warm and cared for.
My mother who is 87 years of age, was admitted to Coton Grange after the death of my father. My mother has spent over 150 days at Coton Grange. From the very onset of having dealt with the owners and care staff, I knew that this care home was going to give my mother, who has vascular dementia, an excellent level of care. The care and understanding that was shown to me by all the staff in what was a very difficult time when mom was first admitted was exemplary. Regards the care that mother received while at Coton Grange, I can say that knowing my mother she was cared for at a very high level as she has such good connection with all the care staff and them with her. It brought such joy and understanding to her that I will be thankful forever. She always smiled to the care staff who in turn smiled and talked to her, it gives me such comfort to know that my mother was well cared for and loved so much by the staff. Te care home is clean, very well managed and I would have no hesitation in recommending this care home.
