I enjoy volunteering at this care home as it has a very home-like feel and I feel that emotion with residents when speaking to them as well. I haven't had a day coming back and thinking I wish I hadn't gone.

Our family is very pleased that Dad is here and receiving such excellent care.

General care seems very good and so is the atmosphere of this part of the care home. The people being cared for are treated well and with dignity and difficult situations are dealt with patience and lightheartedness. Management provides leadership and lead by example in this part of the home and always seem professional. The care costs are definitely expensive and I am not really in a position to say if it is good value for money or not.

Most staff are friendly. Facilities are very good and rooms are lovely. Food is of a very good standard. Overall a lovely place to live with a few exceptions.

All of the staff are very helpful and friendly. They willingly provide any information that might be needed and make sure residents' needs are met. Their professionalism gave my husband and I confidence that we had chosen the right care home.

Sunrise of Tettenhall is person-centred, compassionate, responsive and holistic. The team not only take good care of their residents but also provide much-needed support and reassurance to the family members of residents. The surroundings are homely and comfortable and enable family to socialise and spend valuable time together in a relaxed environment. Family and friends are always made to feel welcome. All areas of the building are immaculately clean and you routinely see cleaning taking place. The team are proactive with involving residents, their families and the local community in activities and events. Staff are professional, polite, friendly and approachable; both staff and volunteers often go the extra mile. Timely help from the team has always been accessible and available. I have only ever seen residents being treated with dignity and respect. My experience has been that changes to a person's care and support are made efficiently and responsibly.

On visiting my father at the care home I am always met with a warm welcome. Overall the staff are attentive to my father's needs and treat him with patient kindness. The communal areas are pleasant and kept to a high standard of cleanliness.

Mum moved into Sunrise of Tettenhall after a spell in hospital, having lived in her own home up until then. My sister and I liked the fact that the home is purpose built, modern, light, warm and airy. There are always staff around to either help residents or answer any queries we might have, they are always friendly and approachable. Although as yet Mum can't take full advantage of them, there are always activities and outings taking place, which chatting to other residents, they all look forward to, and there is always a buzz of action to the place.

All the carers seem to be very friendly and helpful to all the people in the home and very welcoming to all the quests.

After spending the last 6 years in this home, during which time my wife of 71 years passed away, after receiving first-class care. I must confirm my earlier impressions of warmth and security at all times. I am thus assured that, as far as is humanly possible. My future happiness and security will be provided by all concerned in the daily administration of this home.

Sunrise continues to provide excellent service, staff are superb - supportive - kind.

Pleasant visit in a lovely residence. Feels more like an hotel than a care home. Always a friendly smile from the staff.

As far as I can judge, my relative receives exemplary care. I have visited her in Sunrise a number of times and have been impressed by the kindness and energy of the staff. The grounds give a useful opportunity to walk in fresh air. Maintenance there is admirable. My relative is not able, or willing, to join in all that is on offer and I can imagine it is hard to look after her well-being without sapping her autonomy. So far as I can tell, the people running Sunrise are keen to deal kindly with just such people. I have not filled boxes where there is no evidence.

My mom recently passed away in Sunrise in Reminiscence Dept. The care was amazing, nothing was too much trouble for all staff, whether they were carers, domestics etc, they looked after my brother and I as we sat at Moms bedside and treated Mom with the greatest respect I have ever seen. Highly recommend the Reminiscence area. Thank you also to the manager who was so supportive at such an emotional time.

Every month they have different activities for residents, their family and friends.

My experience when visiting is that under difficult circumstances, the staff show consideration and patience. The atmosphere is pleasant and better than other care homes I have visited.

I am very happy with the quality of care. The staff are kind and caring and treat me with respect and dignity.
