Foxland Grange in Tettenhall provides first class residential, nursing, dementia and respite care. The community has 98 en-suite bedrooms and on-site nursing facilities.

other privately arranged healthcare. Should you require an escort to hospital appointments, we may apply
an agreed hourly charge for this service.

As far as I can judge, my relative receives exemplary care. I have visited her in Sunrise a number of times and have been impressed by the kindness and energy of the staff. The grounds give a useful opportunity to walk in fresh air. Maintenance there is admirable. My relative is not able, or willing,
to join in all that is on offer and I can imagine it is hard to look after her well-being without sapping her autonomy. So far as I can tell, the people running Sunrise are keen to deal kindly with just such people. I have not filled boxes where there is no evidence.

My mom recently passed away in Sunrise in Reminiscence Dept. The care was amazing, nothing was too much trouble for all staff, whether they were carers, domestics etc, they looked after my brother and I as we sat at Moms bedside and treated Mom with the greatest respect I have ever seen. Highly recommend
the Reminiscence area. Thank you also to the manager who was so supportive at such an emotional time.

Sunrise is a very nice care home. It has pleasant gardens so that residents can sit outside this month.
The staff are friendly, they take care of the residents. The food is very good, the residents have a wide choice.
Some residents play cards each week.
Every month they have different activities
for residents, their family and friends.

I have been made very welcome as a volunteer at Sunrise of Tettenhall and have very much enjoyed helping and feeling part of their community. The residents are all extremely well cared for and always appear happy and content. I have visited on many occasions with a local school choir. The children look
forward to their visits and really enjoy their time with the residents.

When you enter Sunrise, it is not like any other care home. It is vibrant and full of life. There are plenty of activities for residents to be involved in.
The care level is good and seems very personal to each resident, they are always greeted on first name terms.

Whenever I visit the atmosphere is always warm and welcoming.
The staff are friendly.
The temperature is perfect and the rooms are always clean.
The exterior is well tended.
The activity list is varied.

I couldn't recommend a better home for my nan. This home is second to none. Diligent, hard-working staff who treat my nan with care and dignity. Good, wholesome food. Great quality rooms and lots of activities to help nan socialise. My nan is very happy here and the whole family are really happy with
the quality of care she receives.

Katy Anderson

Job Title: General Manager Joined: 2023

I qualified as a nurse in 2011 and have worked in various roles during my nursing career.


This has enabled me to gain the experience and knowledge that I have today and to be in the privileged position of managing Foxland Grange.


My roles have included working in hospitals, in a quality team, developing practice for nurses and in complex care in a nursing home. Delivering the best quality care is at the heart of what I do.


I do my utmost to ensure that everyone feels valued, listened to and supported with their needs and wishes. I love to get to know each person in my care and have a friendly chat with their family and friends, so please come in and say hello!
