Thank you for your lovely review and comments about our team, which I know they’ll be incredibly happy to hear. Just to reassure you, we always make sure that we have the right numbers of colleagues on hand, both throughout the day as well as the night, seven days a week, to ensure that we always deliver the safe, high quality care that we’re known for. When you visit, you may not always see every team member, especially during the day when there’s lots going on, as some may be delivering personal care in a resident’s room, helping assist with or get residents to or from an activity, or elsewhere with residents in the building, such as supporting them to enjoy the lovely garden or get a cup of tea in our bistro. Thank you again for your kind words and please do let us know at anytime if you have any questions, comments or suggestions and we’ll always be here to help.
Hi Philip, thank you for your recent review. We agree Christmas Day was a very joyous occasion and we were so pleased to be able to welcome families into the community to share it with the residents, staff and volunteers. Kind Regards,
Foxland Grange.
Hi J J, thank you for reviewing us here at Foxland Grange. We are so pleased you enjoyed Boxing Day with us last year and got to sample the food we offer residents within the community. Regards, Foxland Grange.
Hello Anne, thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a review. We are very proud of our dining facilities and food here at Foxland Grange, so it is wonderful to read they were enjoyed by your family. Kind Regards, Foxland Grange.
Please accept our condolences. Although we always conduct detailed assessments prior to any resident joining us, on rare occasions, there may be hidden underlying conditions that neither the individual or their family are aware of, that are not obvious or visible. Unfortunately in your mother’s case, her decline had started before she joined us and sadly we were unable to improve her condition, despite involving external agencies to help identify the reasons behind her health problems and build a management plan for her care as soon as we could. I’m very proud of the team at Foxland Grange who always work hard to support residents and their families. I understand this is a very upsetting time for you, and please know that if you have any questions or queries about your mother’s care and time with us, our door is always open

I qualified as a nurse in 2011 and have worked in various roles during my nursing career.
This has enabled me to gain the experience and knowledge that I have today and to be in the privileged position of managing Foxland Grange.
My roles have included working in hospitals, in a quality team, developing practice for nurses and in complex care in a nursing home. Delivering the best quality care is at the heart of what I do.
I do my utmost to ensure that everyone feels valued, listened to and supported with their needs and wishes. I love to get to know each person in my care and have a friendly chat with their family and friends, so please come in and say hello!
