Thank you for your lovely comment it is very much appreciated.
Thank you for taking your time to submit your review – it was lovely to read your kind words, particularly about the team and dining experience. We understand that parking can sometimes be a squeeze, especially in the afternoon (but is often much quieter in the mornings) – if you’re struggling to park, please do pop in and the concierge and team will do their best to help. In regards to the call buzzer system, you’ll be pleased to hear that this is being worked upon currently to enable a smoother process. Thank you again for your feedback, and please do let us know if you have any comments or suggestions at any time and we’ll be happy to help.
Thank you for taking the time to submit your review of Foxland Grange – we’re so happy to hear your mother loves her room and has been enjoying the daily activities and entertainment. However, I do note that there may be some small areas for improvement, which we’ll be more than happy to look into for you. In regards to food, our meals are all cooked fresh in-house with menus planned around residents’ wishes, so if there’s anything that we can change or any favourites your mother would like to see on the menu, our head chef would be pleased to look at adding to or adapting our dishes. Thank you again for taking the time to submit your review, and please do let the general manager or any of the senior team know if you have any questions, comments or suggestions now or in the future, and we’ll be happy to help.
Thank you for taking the time to write your review. I would like to reassure you that, although we understand change can be a little unsettling, our new General Manager is completely committed to maintaining the excellent standards of lifestyle and care at Foxland Grange, and she is fully supporting her team to deliver this. We hold both regular resident forums as well as relative meetings which everyone is welcome to join, and of course if you’re not available to attend, the manager's door is always open and she will be happy to answer any questions or concerns you may have, or hear any suggestions or ideas for developments you’d like to see at the home. Please do feel free to pop in at any time – you can even join your mother for a meal - and we hope that we’re able to ally your worries now and in the future.
Thank you for your lovely review, I’m pleased to hear you enjoyed the afternoon tea with your grandmother and that you had a lovely welcome from the team at the home. In regards to the location, we do have some areas in the home with key codes in place for the safety of residents – of course, our concierge as well as the rest of the team are always happy to help visitors around the building, but when you visit again we are also more than happy to provide you with the code should you wish to navigate yourself. Many thanks again for your kind comments, and we look forward to welcoming you again.
