My mother went into Willowbank in February this year. The staff and management are hard-working and friendly. She always looks happy and well cared for. She loves the food and has even put on weight. I would definitely recommend Willow Bank to anyone looking for a care home for a loved one.

I cannot recommend the home and staff enough! The staff are so kind, friendly, informative and extremely caring for my aunt. I live approximately 2 hours away from the home so my visits are periodic. I rely totally on the staff caring for my aunt and keeping me informed. The staff are wonderful such a marvellous home. My aunt and I are blessed.

I am extremely happy with the care being provided for my grandfather. The staff keep me updated about everything. If I have any concerns or queries the staff are more than happy to help. The home is very clean and comfortable. Being a Senior Carer myself I can honestly say this is one of the best nursing homes I have ever seen.

My mother is well cared for at Willow Bank House and feels happy there. She is safe 24/7. She has her own room which has lots of personal items around her. During the covid restrictions, the staff all took extra care with testing and followed all government guidelines. My mother is much better living at Willow Bank House than remaining on her own.

My mum lives at Willow Bank, I was concerned initially as this was all so new to us, but mum is happy, safe and very well looked after. The staff are helpful and friendly, nothing is too much trouble and have always found senior staff make time to talk if I have any questions, would highly recommend. Willow Bank is a very happy environment, lots of laughter and smiles. Every member of staff I have encountered is caring and attentive, the best home alternative I could have hoped for, thank you all.

I will recommend Willow Bank to anybody who asked. Management down to carers, cleaners down to maintenance are brilliant. To me, they are like a family.

You get a welcome and a cup of tea or coffee. My wife is well cared for. Pity all homes aren't the same. I can't fault them in anything.

Mum went into Willow Bank on an initial 2 week respite basis, and when permanent, long term care was deemed appropriate we were delighted that it was able to be without moving elsewhere. The staff, at all levels, have been fantastic with Mum, she has settled far easier than we could have imagined. Thank you to all at Willowbank!

I have visited many care homes with different members of my family. This care home is excellent in all aspects. My uncle is well looked after, both in his personal needs and mobility needs. Nothing is too much trouble for any members of staff. When leaving my uncle it is always with the knowledge that he is safe, well looked after and that all his needs are being met.

Recent changes within the home ie managerial, have improved standards considerably. The whole outlook of the home has changed very much for the better. New ideas, new decorations, lots of motivation.

Most importantly, my mother-in-law is happy and well looked after.

My brother was in hospital for eight months and was diagnosed with dementia. He moved into Willow Bank three months ago. He is settled and content with his care and surroundings. Willow Bank is bright, light and with very pleasant decor. The rooms are very nice, more like a hotel. The staff are very helpful. I am happy my brother is receiving good care and assistance.

My grandad has recently moved here and its a lovely nursing home in a beautiful setting. All the staff are friendly and welcoming. My Grandad really enjoys the entertainment they put on for him, he's always in the lounge when I visit him, we've noticed a real change in him being here. His weight was a concern but he's now happily eating and gaining weight which is better for him. I thank all the staff and management there as they really do take care of him and it's lovely how all the staff know all the residents.
