Lindsay is the homes Care Manager.
She holds the Level 5 Certificate In Leading & Managing Services To Support End of Life and Significant Life Events.
She is currently completing the Level 5 Care Managers Award.
In 2011 she won the Bronze Medal at the World Skills competition for Health & Social care.
Laura was the first of Hendra's long line of apprentices.
She has progressed to her current role of Lead Practitioner.
Laura holds the NVQ Level 3 award in Health & Social Care.
Michelle holds the NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care, and will shortly be commencing the Level 4 Diploma.
Michelle is the home's lead on continence matters.
Rose has progressed through the ranks at Hendra commencing as a Kitchen Assistant, but her caring compassionate nature saw her progress as a Care Assistant, Team Leader and her current role of Lead Practitioner.
Rose holds the NVQ Level 3 award in Health and Social Care.
Rose is the homes lead on Infection Control.
Rosie is one of our apprenticeship graduates. She is now a Lead Practitioner with responsibilities for residents nutrition.
Rosie has recently commenced her Level 4 Health & Social Care Diploma Award.
Gemma is employed as a Lead Practitioner with specific responsibilities for Moving and Handling.
Gemma is a qualified Moving and Handling Trainer and assessor.
Gemma has commenced her Level 4 Diploma in Health and Social Care.
Angie currently holds the NVQ Level 3 award and will be commencing her Level 4 Diploma in Health and Social in the near future.
Jackie has many years experience in the nursing and health and social care sector.

Lorraine is an experienced care with many years experience in the sector.

Sophie is our latest apprentice.
She came to the home to do her works experience and we were so delighted with her keenness and passion for providing quality care we offered her an apprenticeship when she left school.
Alex has a wealth of experience in the health and social care sector and completed her NVQ Level 2 award.
Alex also worked in the hospitality sector and as well as having the benefit of her care experience she is also willing to share the experience of her skills in the kitchen.
Janine joined the home in 2014, having previously been a hairdresser. She is employed at a Kitchen Assistant.
Tracey is a valued member of Team Hendra.
Tracy completed the NVQ Level 2 House Keeping.
Julie completed her NVQ Level 2 Hospitality in 2019.
She was delighted to be selected as the Student of the Year at the Hereford / Ludlow college 2019 Student Awards.
Kerry was previously employed as a Care Assistant and was voted Care Apprentice of the Year in 2018.
She then took time out to raise her family but we were delighted when she returned as our House Keeper in 2015.
In 2017 Kerry successfully completed the NVQ Level 2 House Keeping Award.
Alison is a much loved employee who joined us in 2019.
She brings a wealth of experience and common sense to the team.
Kellie joined as a member of the House Keeping Team, but it soon became apparent that her true passion was caring.
She joined the Care Team in 2020 and currently combines both roles.
Sam joined Team Hendra in early 2019.
She began initially in the House Keeping Team, but joined the Care Team later in the year allowing her to use her Level 3 Health and Social Care Diploma.
Emma initially joined Team Hendra as a member of the House Keeping Team.
Her potential as a carer soon became apparent, and she joined the Care Team in 2020.
She is due to commence her Health & Social care Level 2 studies in the near future.
Sharon is loved and respected by her colleagues and her residents alike.
She has a wealth of experience and previously worked in the NHS at Tenbury Hospital before joining Team Hendra.
Mel holds the NVQ Level 2 Diploma.
She is also a competent Cook having worked previously in that role within the NHS.
She combines both roles at the home, but obviously on different shifts.
Michelle has been employed in care for many years.
She is currently completing her Level 3 Health & Social care Diploma
Ellie is the latest in the long line of Hendra Apprentices.
She is currently completing the Level 2 Apprenticeship programme.
Catia is a much loved and respected member of the Care Team.
