I'm very pleased with the care that mother-in-law has been having at park View.
She's been very well looked after enjoys doing activities and has even been doing the exercise classes, which is a plus from me.
The staff are always very pleasant and always say hello.

If I have any enquiries or need help, theres always someone that to ask .

Nobody likes the thought of a relative going into care, but sometimes there is no choice. Mum went into Park View, Warwick, in September 2025, and we couldn't have asked for better care. She is well cared for, clean, and on the whole, happy. The carers and all the staff are always cheerful, clean and attentive, nothing is too much trouble, hence all my scores being high.

I am absolutely so delighted with Parkview and the care they give to my Mother. Management took my Mother out for her birthday where I joined them to celebrate her 87th birthday. We had tea, cake and lots of laughs. I couldn't wish for her to be anywhere else as her dementia brain has made it impossible for her to live alone. We also enjoyed a very special Caribbean evening which brightened up a dark cold January . Singing, dancing and wonderful food made the evening very special for the residents and relatives. The staff go above and beyond to help my mother and the family to feel at ease within the carehome setting. Thankyou Parkview! Xx

My mother lived in Park View for two years and was happy there . Mum was extremely well cared for by the wonderful staff who were unfailingly kind and cheerful. Mum loved the food and really appreciated it when the staff carefully cut her food up so that she could eat jt. Nothing was too much trouble. Mum died recently and the staff were attentive and so kind to mum and all her visitors. Thank you.

Words cannot describe how AMAZING this care home is! I was so worried about the process of moving my Mother into 24hr care but after just 2 weeks she is comfortable and settled. I have found all the staff, management and facilities to be truly wonderful. Mum has settled in so quickly due to the one to one care provided and the kindness of staff. I highly recommend Park View - I feel so lucky to have found it xx

As a family we looked around quite a few care homes in the area, this one stood out because the room provided was bright and spacious.

My mother was cared for extremely well, all the carers were dedicated and passionate. They also extended that care to her family. Would definitely recommend this home. Thank you to all the staff.

Staff at Park View Care Home cared for my mum with such kindness, dignity, and compassion. From the very beginning, they made both Mum and our family feel welcome, safe, and supported. Nothing was ever too much trouble, every carer showed genuine warmth and respect, treating Mum

In her last days, the comfort and reassurance they provided gave us peace of mind during such a difficult time. We will always be grateful for the love and dedication mum and the family received at Park View.

Park View is very clean and well-presented reception area. Rooms are a good size, clean and tidy. Food is very good and portion size ideal. Good facilities can make drinks if required. The weekly planner is very good and gives full visibility of the week ahead. I loved the well-kept garden and plenty of seating to enjoy the sunshine and flowers.

My mum has only been at Park View for nearly 2 weeks and I have to say the management and the caring team is exceptional, my mum is not easy to manage but these guys just take it in their stride. The food is really good and the facilities are excellent, they have a lot of activities which a lot of the residents are happy to join in with. I would give this an excellent rating.

I have visited many care homes - non have compared to Park view - as a family we have peace of mind our father is in safe hands, not only for medical reasons (which is imperative with Parkinson's) but park view recognise his needs and give him responsibilities that keep him active mentally and physically, the staff listen and care, I can't thank the management for there support and all of the wonderful staff that work so hard as a team. As you walk into park view it has a warm welcome feeling, as a family we always feel so welcome and enjoy visiting and sitting in the open lounge area. We feel very lucky to be a part of the park view family.

Dad has been a resident since early 2024. He is a very independent person and it has been a difficult transition for him but we (his family) are very happy how he is being cared for and very appreciative of the staff's efforts. We particularly value the different activities and initiatives that are provided and the time made available from all the staff to engage with the residents.

It has been amazing to see the difference in mum in the time time she has been in Park View, she is so much happier than she was previously and a lot less anxious. The staff are really kind and helpful, and Park View is small enough for all the residents to be able to have one-to-one time enjoying favourite pastimes. We're so relieved that mum was able to secure a place here, and make it her new home.

Mum has been a resident at Park View since September 2021, she was previously in a Care Home in Coventry for approx 4 months. It has been a challenging time for Mum as she has always been an extremely independent lady and finds it difficult to be in a Care home rather than her own home.
The setting that Park View enjoys and the close proximity to my own home were big factors in deciding on her move to Warwick.
The Staff have worked hard to make her feel welcome and are sympathetic to her privacy and independence choices. Park View offers the security her Dementia condition requires and staff work hard to encourage her to join in with activities and socialise with other residents at meal times.

It gives our family comfort that Mum is safe and well 24/7 in Park View. Although a very difficult decision to move her from her own home it was the correct one for her at this stage of her life.
