My mum has been here since February and she is happy. The food is amazing, the staff are always so cheery and take time to talk to their residents. I live in Spain so it is good to know she is being well looked after. My sister, who has always been her main carer, sees her most days but now has her life back again, although if she was in good health she would never have let her go, but it is working well.

I find this a good place to be for my mother. All the staff are caring and lovely. The rooms are nice and comfy. It is a nice place to live. They get fed well and looked after. I do not have to worry. I know she is looked after.

Overall Experience

Having returned from holiday, I found my brother had a fall and a seizure. He was very well looked after, an ambulance was called and he was taken to hospital and had stitches over an eye. It gives me great peace of mind to know he is so well looked after by all the staff every day, many thanks to you all.
