We try to visit weekly and always find a good atmosphere and welcome - especially a good atmosphere and welcome - especially when certain staff are on duty who 'go the extra mile' and we are, together with my friend, offered a cup of tea. Sometimes some staff have time to speak with us, which is good
and we can get an update on how our friend is doing. Entertainment/ activities are good, the only real negative we have found is the laundry service, as often items of our friends stray and unknown and incorrect items are in his wardrobe. Definitely one of the best care home we have visited.
