we visited just before lunchtime and were happy with how our relative was taken to the dining room and supervised during the mealtime. food was good. staff seem attentive. our relative would like to go outside more often as she admires the outdoors and enjoyes being in the fresh air. indoor entertainment is good. we were reassured that dementia needs could be met.

Mum has settled well at Victoria Court, she is always saying how much she loves being here and feels safe. Sue has made friends + loves the many activities provided, always has a happy story to tell me. The staff are all amazing and are always approachable if any assitance is needed. It has been a tough year and both my parents are now residents at Victoria Court, the support I have also recieved from management and staff has made the hard times easier and greatly appreciated.

My mother in law originally went to stay at Victoria Court for 2 weeks respite care but she likes it so much she has decided to stay permanently! We have been so impressed with the level of care, physical, mental and emotionally which was provided. The staff are outstanding, nothing is too much trouble and communication is excellent. Victoria Court really feels like a large extended family and home from home. In the first 3 weeks my mother in law laws quality of life has been transformed, and we are very grateful.

My mum has been a resident for just over 3 years. She has always been treated with respect and upmost care. I feel that mum is in a safe environment and her needs are took care of. There is many activities for mum and her family such as social events, bingo entertainment such as singers etc. I would not hesitate in recommending this care home to anyone.

My parent's have resided in Victoria Court since April 2025. They have both settled really well. The staff are very friendly and approachable. They always greet you with a smile and nothing's too much trouble. They have made the care home homely and the carers are experienced in treating all the residents individual needs.

Our experience with Victoria Court has been amazing. The staff are all friendly and helpful. They all know dad by name and know his needs, many took the time to get to know us too. The care was thorough and professional but also gentle, careful and considerate. We know dad was very happy there, although some fixtures were a bit tired. When dad passed the whole process was dealt with smoothly and efficiently but with time, space, care and sympathy.

Absolutely fantastic care home, mum was very down and confused when she arrived, she is now the happiest I have seen her since dad passed 4 years ago. She loves all the staff and fellow residents, she has the sparkle back in her eyes, her lust for life is back aswell. It's not small part due to the wonderful staff at Victoria Court, I really can't thank you all enough for what you've done for mum.

My Mum who has Alzheimer's was admitted to Victoria Court for 3 weeks respite care. From the moment I visited Victoria Court, I knew it was the right place for Mum. Both the manager and deputy manager took time to reassure me they would look after Mum and I haven't been disappointed. The staff at Victoria Court are always cheerful, friendly, helpful and reassuring. They work hard to encourage and support Mum helping her to maintain her independence and dignity - showing her respect at all times. The care given at Victoria Court is clearly sympathetically structured to meet the needs of its clients, from the variety of activities provided to 'snack stations' and calling rooms flats. Needless to say Mum will continue her care at Victoria Court!
