The manager and staff were amazing, helpful and reassuring. As regards the manager nothing was too much trouble, very polite, knowledgeable and had the time to talk about mum's care. I would highly recommend this care home as being fabulous.

I cannot fault Farriess Court on any level. Since mum first became a service user the care and commitment of all staff has been on the highest level. The home is very clean and tidy. The staff are friendly and attentive. I've been informed of mum's well-being on a regular basis. The covid guidelines
are being met very stringently. Mum is so happy and healthy looking thanks to all the staff here.

I have found the care and understanding given to my mother very good. The staff are always very pleasant and willing to find things out for you if you need to know anything. Nothing is too much trouble for them. And they treat the residents with the utmost dignity. And the home itself is always fresh
and clean.

My nan is in this home, the staff are so lovely and have kept us informed regarding my nan all the way through the Pandemic, via email and telephone. My nan is always looking presentable when I have been to visit and before coming to the home was extremely underweight, since being at Farriess Court
she has gained weight and now at a healthy stable weight. My nan says she loves the staff and all the other service users and wouldn't want to be anywhere else which is a pleasure to hear. The manager is very approachable and always easy to contact. The manager and the staff team ensure that my nan is getting the best quality care. I can not thank them enough for all they have done.

Farriess Court is a wonderful care home, my friend is currently living in the home and she is very well looked after by the staff, who are friendly and caring.

When I went in the residents were all singing Christmas songs and really seemed at home there.

Would recommend to anyone looking for a

care home in the area.

Pride of Derby care home! Outstanding.
I moved my mum into this care home just over a month ago. Within two days my mum had amazingly, settled in and happily made it her home. This fact can only be attributed to ALL the wonderful staff that work there.
Farriess Court may be a small care home but
it is hugely welcoming and filled with the most caring, thoughtful, friendly staff.
It gives me total peace of mind knowing that my mum is in such excellent caring hands.
