I cannot speak highly enough of our experience with Douglas Court and particularly the deputy manager. Mum required an urgent admission into a care home and the move to Douglas Court was seamless and efficient. The deputy manager visited Mum for an assessment on the Thursday, straight away the deputy manager impressed us with her professionalism and caring nature; Mum took to her immediately. We then visited Douglas Court on the Saturday and even though it was the deputy manager's day off, she came in specifically on the Sunday to admit Mum. Upon arrival, the deputy manager was there to welcome us and Mum soon felt comfortable with her new surroundings. Since her admission Mum has settled well and this is thanks to the professionalism and care of the management and staff.
