Generally very good. Staff run in and out a bit quick!
Cedar House is a beautifully presented and well run care home, with regular varied activities.
I am very pleased with my stay at Cedar House. Nothing to really complain about.
I think Cedar House Care Home is the best in the area. We visited 7 other homes when my mother decided to go into respite care in February 2016 (she then decided to stay permanently) and this home was by far the best. The staff are caring, attentive and treat the residents with respect, taking into account their individual needs.
Someone is always available if I have any queries or concerns. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff. They provide lots of activities for the residents to take part in and the gardens are kept beautifully for the people to walk around and sit in.
Quite happy. Room is large with own facilities.
The staff are caring and do their best to meet her needs at all times.
The home is always clean, well staffed and welcoming.
I would not hesitate to recommend Cedar House to anyone seeking a care home for a relative.
Looked after very well. Good food and good activities.
Very satisfied with service of everyone.
I had not heard of Cedar House previously and since then, I have been very satisfied with my time here. (About one year).
Good care, very helpful and good activities.

We rate most services according to how safe, effective, caring, responsive and well-led they are, using four levels:
- Outstanding - The service is performing exceptionally well.
- Good - The service is performing well and meeting our expectations.
- Requires Improvement - The service isn't performing as well as it should and we have told the service how it must improve.
- Inadequate - The service is performing badly and we've taken action against the person or organisation that runs it.
- Not rated - we have not yet rated this area of the service, this is normally because the assessments we have carried out have been focused on other key questions.
