I have been visiting my friend on a weekly basis and find the staff very attentive and caring. My friend appears very happy here. Afternoon tea is usually served during my visits, and I'm always offered a refreshment.

My Auntie arrived at Lenthall House in March and since her arrival I've visited 3-5 times per week, at all hours of the day.
Without exception, the care provision is excellent. The staff are exceptional in their genuine care for the residents and I know my Auntie is getting the most support and care
she or I could hope for.
It's not a new care home, so in places, the building can look a little tired and it doesn't sport trendy coffee machines or chandeliers. I don't care about those things - I pay more attention to the environment (which is cleaned rigorously through each day) as Lenthall house has spacious bedrooms, nice common areas and lovely gardens.
I care even more about the standard of care from the staff and the happiness of the residents (the real test). You cannot fault either.
The thought put into resident entertainment and engagement is superb. In 25 years, I'm booking in!
Highly recommended.

Lenthall House is an exceptional care home mainly because the staff are loving and caring to the residents, they are like family. Food is excellent, activities are excellent. Some issues with repairs etc taking excessive time to be carried out which needs to be addressed. Also a problem with retraining
a manager. Existing staff manage extremely well without a manager.

My mother has been cared for with such care and compassion she has gradually deteriorated but still the staff do their absolute best to care for her. She can be difficult at times, they still give her 100% attention and give her whatever she needs. I couldn't ask for a better care home that meets her
needs.

I believe the Lenthall House team are exceptionally caring staff. Even in challenging circumstances they bring a real sense of caring for the residents as real individuals with all the nuances that involves.
The environment does need upgrading to make sure clients are coming to live in a bright, clean
and modern facility and I believe this is a work in progress.

Due to inconsistencies in management over the last 15 months, it is a relief to have a stable, happy staff and home, the current manager is leading the home well and my family member is happy and well cared for.

Before her move to Lenthall House, despite having carers four times a day, Mum hardly ate, did not mix and spent many long hours alone. Since mum's move to Lenthall House a few weeks ago, the change in her well-being has amazed her family. Mum now smiles and laughs a lot, is eating very well and mixes
with other residents. When we visit Mum, we also experienced the happy atmosphere in the resident's lounge.
We believe the improvement we can see in Mum's physical and mental health is due to the kindness and care shown towards Mum by all the staff at Lenthall House.
It is a relief to the family knowing Mum is now safe and well cared for 24 hours a day.

My mum has been a full-time resident of Lenthall House since February 2023 and I can honestly say that we couldn’t be happier with the care she has received.
In my opinion, the main asset of Lenthall House is the staff who we have found to be extremely friendly, welcoming and compassionate.
We are
always made welcome when we go to visit and can go at any time. The atmosphere is always happy and relaxed and they organise a wide range of activities and excursions for the residents. There’s always something going on!
I would recommend Lenthall House to anyone, I am convinced that we couldn’t have found a better place for Mum. They have made a difficult time for us as a family as easy as it could possibly be.

My mum was admitted to Lenthall House in October 2022. Since then I have been a very regular visitor to Lenthall House and I can honestly say the care is outstanding. I can go home feeling totally at ease that my mum is getting the best possible care.
I highly recommend the home to anyone who wishes
their loved one to receive personalised care in a friendly and stimulating environment. The atmosphere in the home is just as it should be, homely, caring, friendly and a place where you feel listened to.

Friendly carers who enjoy their job and are very knowledgeable regarding their roles. My father is very well looked after and loves it there. There's a great atmosphere and they have weekly entertainment and take the residents out on a regular basis.

The staff make this a home-from-home, everyone is treated with kindness. I can’t thank them enough for looking after my late mum and caring for my dad. The garden has recently been renovated and is beautiful - everyone helped staff, residents and carers.

Since my mum came to stay at Lenthal House last October I have had nothing but praise. The staff are all so caring and extremely respectful and polite.
There is always something going on and plenty of outings.
There is a beautiful garden to sit in and friends and family are always made very welcome.

is excellent.
Altogether we couldn’t have wished for a better place for my mum to stay.

The first time I brought my husband to the home I found everybody very friendly and very helpful.
When he became permanent some of the staff remembered him and we were both welcomed with open arms and they were happy to see him. I find he is well looked after and always looks clean and well-presented.
He loves the staff and enjoys seeing the dogs that come in. Management is fantastic very helpful and supportive and all the carers are very professional and welcoming. I feel very welcome when I come in and feel that both myself and my Husband have an extended family. I could not think of a better place for him to be.

When I visited Lenthall House I've been really reassured that my mother is receiving a high standard of care from amazing, warm, friendly and caring staff. I am very pleased that she is able to take part in so many activities and trips out. The catering staff do a great job also and she looks and seems
so much happier and healthier than she first arrived. The manager is very professional and puts so much effort into ensuring there is a homely atmosphere. Thank you so much to everyone that works there.

My mum came to live at Lenthall House earlier this year due to being unsafe at home as her dementia advanced. She has been treated with nothing but kindness and compassion by all. All staff appear genuinely happy to work there and are cheerful and caring without exception. There are so many fun activities
to stimulate and bring joy to their residents. Furthermore, my dad who visits daily has been truly welcomed into the 'family'. I cannot fault the care and the kindness she receives and know she is loved and respectful. Thank you.

I have been impressed by how well my friend who has now been in Lenthall House for several months has been treated. The staff seem very caring and attentive to the needs of each individual. The home is neat and tidy and clean. I know my friend's husband is very pleased with the care given and he's made
what is something he would never have chosen, possible. He knows she is safe and well looked after. Not visited during activities but hear they are excellent.

Our uncle and aunt came to Lenthall House Care Home in the summer of 2020, and spent the last two and a half years in their care and kindness. As you can imagine it wasn't the easiest time for all with the pandemic and the Covid restrictions, but we could see that they were well cared for, were eating
well and soon became settled in their new environment and home. The team were exceptional and over the last year or so and the restrictions eased there were some special trips out and memorable days. The last few months saw a decline in both of their health and unfortunately after being together for virtually their whole life, we have sadly lost both our uncle and aunt over the last three months. The care that the staff members showed was compassionate, dignified and loving towards them and we couldn't have asked for more. The staff were like family to our family and it made a huge difference in knowing how loved they were by everyone and how we were able to spend their last days together.
