Lenthall House is situated in a quiet residential area near the centre of the historic town of Market Harborough. Mum spent her final few months at Lenthal House having been in some poor care homes. She was really happy and the staff were excellent with their approach to caring for the residents, always a fun atmosphere and attention to detail.

The care that my mum received was absolutely fantastic. The team are caring professionals that made the last 13 mths of my mum's life so much better. I have only praise and thanks to them all. The dementia suite is superb and gave mum a new lease of life.

The staff are very caring and look after me well. The only thing I could complain about is as I am not allowed to eat certain things it seems to be hard for them to find anything to give me at tea time.

My mother has been looked after very well. I am happy she is safe and secure and if there is a problem I am confident they will be in contact with me. The staff are all very helpful and approachable. They always seem caring with the residents and jolly.

Our mum attends twice a week in the day. We find the staff very friendly and caring. Mum loves all of them and hugs and kisses them all on arrival. We find the care second to none, it's fantastic and the meals also are extremely good.


For the care, food and service they provide to the elderly the

cost is very reasonable.
Would definitely recommend.

From my experience with Lenthall House, I only can say good things about it. The home is always clean, tidy, light and airy. The staff are very helpful and cheerful, various activities ongoing and organised outings, and it looks alive at any time of the day. I visit the home daily and every time I leave
my wife for the day I am confident that she is in the best place and I wish to thank the staff and management team for this. The food is excellent with a choice of menu, plenty of drinks. A lovely dementia-friendly middle garden which can be used by everyone and also a community garden at the back of the home which is accessed by residents in a safe way.

I think this is a lovely home, very bright and homely. Staff are very kind and friendly, mums room is lovely and with her own things in it, she likes it and that's the main thing.
We like how the residents all sit together for meals and hopefully they interact with each other.

I visit 2 or 3 times per week and always made to feel welcome. They are looking after mother very well, making sure she is kept tidy. All the staff seem to enjoy looking after the residents and always seem do too much for them. Very proud that she is in this home.

My mother was admitted into Lenthall House in November 2016 after having a couple of falls and a week in Kettering General Hospital. She has settled in very well and they have all made her very welcome. She has a good appetite and in general, enjoys the food they provide. The staff are all kind and
considerate and treat all the patients with the dignity they deserve. Everywhere is very clean and tidy, and nothing is too much trouble for the staff. I am comforted that my 96 year old mother is safe in their hands.

Everywhere looked clean and fresh. We liked how the residents were in little 'sociable' areas, just a few chairs together rather than rows of residents in the main lounge. Our friend is very happy with her meals and the staff. I felt it was much improved since our last visit earlier this year. Any staff

Very friendly home, clean but cosy, same excellent staff who work hard in a not always easy job. Meals look good and day seems very structured which is important to the residents I feel. Some more activities would be good but I know the manager works hard to achieve this.
