No problems with Lenthall House, management/staff easy to get on with.

Very friendly home, clean but cosy, same excellent staff who work hard in a not always easy job. Meals look good and day seems very structured which is important to the residents I feel. Some more activities would be good but I know the manager works hard to achieve this.

I am fairly impressed with the place since my brother-in-law has been a resident. I consider you are looking after him very well. In my opinion you have improved his life considerably as he can now get out regularly and know he will be looked after when he returns. I think his room is very nice and spacious. He is a bit of a funny eater so I hope he finds the food ok. All in all I consider you are very efficient the way you operate the home. Thank You.

I think Lenthall House is a very good care home. All the staff are marvellous. They put up with a lot and do their job superb, we would be in a mess without it. Management are great, all staff very helpful. I would recommend Lenthall House to anyone.

This would be beneficial to the residents to the residents for stimulation as I'm sure they get bored and restless. On arrival my grandma always looks well groomed and presented. The manager is always trying to improve the environment and making it a better place.

We always get a nice reception when we visit mother from the staff. They are always busy and very friendly.

Staff are very pleasant and caring, look after mothers best interests. It's nice to know she is cared for in a safe place by all.

Both my parents were in Lenthall House for a period of time until they passed away. They were looked after very well and enjoyed their time there. I now visit my aunt who is very happy there.

I honestly cannot fault this home, mum picked it, she loves it and the staff love her. I see the respect, love and affection shown to the residents by the staff, it is second to none.

I moved my aunty as I was unhappy with the last care home. In the time she has been at Lenthall House she has improved greatly. They are very caring staff and there is always something going on. Food is good, it's nearer for me to visit and I have saved my aunty money as she is self paying.

Both my grandparents and my great aunt have been cared for at Lenthall House. Sadly both my grandparents pass away this year but the care they received was amazing. My aunt is also very happy there and the staff are very helpful. Food looks lovely and the home is very clean.
