Overall Experience
My mother has been at Ermine House for a year now, I live in Southampton and visit her once a month. The manager keeps me up-to-date with e-mails and all the staff are very friendly and caring. My mother's dementia gets the better of her in the evenings, but the manager talks to me and explains things - like sundowning, and appointments are made with CPN's who visit her.

Mum's room is on the small side, but she is happy with it and has some things from home with her. She enjoys the food, as do I when I stay for lunch, and she said she wouldn't like to move. I cannot fault the staff, their patience and understanding are to be applauded. As you walk in the atmosphere is open and welcoming.

Overall Experience

My mother was taken to Ermine House in Lincoln following a stay somewhere else. She was admitted as a result of a fall on 20/21 Nov 2015. This resulted in no use of her right hand or arm. There were other issues re her mental health and continency problems. She is 90 on 15/7/16. Whilst she has been in Ermine House she has been treated with dignity and respect. The staff have kept in regular contact with myself and have kept me well informed.
