    Hairdresser visits weekly and choices/styles are listened too. These charges are separate to the fees / Chiropodist visits 6-8 weekly and these are also charged separately.
    Top up is reviewed- this is discussed on enquiry. The home accepts funded and private clients including 12 week dis-regard.

I have been in touch with the Ashley Care Home since January this year and I am very pleased with the care my dad is getting he is more relaxed knowing that he has people there around to look after him.


The staff are very friendly and helpful.

My mother has lived at Ashley Court since 2014 and the carers really look after her well, they also looked after my husband for many years sadly he passed away but the care was fantastic. Well done Ashely Court keep up the good work.

As my parent has hearing and slight problems it is difficult to be included in group activities. One to one conversations help to keep her ticking over. Staff are approachable and helpful and engage with her.

I only needed my husband to go for a few days to give me some respite and thought the inside of the home drab and dreary. But we were greeted by welcoming, smiling faces wherever we turned. The atmosphere was one of contentment and acceptance of everyone's weaknesses. The staff all willingly undertook
the most undesirable tasks quickly and efficiently. I was content to leave him there and felt I could learn a lot about tolerance.

This care home has a warm and friendly staff who are very kind, cheerful and helpful. The food is reasonable and plenty of meals provided with help given to ensure residents do eat. The surroundings are a little basic but the residents do not seem to notice that.

My father went to Ashley Court for respite care. My mother was very concerned about how he would respond to this but we need not have worried as the kind, friendly, caring staff made sure he was comfortable and welcome. He was very happy throughout his stay.

My grandfather seems to have settled well. The carers have gone out of their way to incorporate his routine at home into his new life at Ashley Court. Any issues we have had have been dealt with satisfactorily and immediately. He is always clean, well dressed and shaved regularly. Ashley Court has given
him much of his dignity back.

After a long a spell in hospital, I was informed that my Husband needed a care home. He was discharged to a 'home' but too far for me to access. Ashley Court is nearer and I know that he is being well looked after. So far I have no complaints and I visit on different days and times. Whatever the time
my Husband is clean and well clothed. The Manager is always friendly and I can ask her anything and she answers and helps in so many ways.
I would recommend the home and hope that any person would agree with me!!

Dad spent 3 months in hospital and on discharge, we had 48hours to find a care home and the only availability was one in Desborough. Thankfully after 3 weeks, a room became available at Ashley Court and what a blessing. We love the care and attention dad is receiving and it's nice to see him finally
settled.

Most of the staff are very helpful and caring. The manager helps whenever she can and is very friendly and helpful.
The laundry staff are very friendly and helpful too.

Always greeted with a smile and offered a hot drink. Staff are attentive to Mum. They encourage her to eat and drink. She has an alert mat in her room which is comforting.
The home is clean but I feel a bit basic, overall feel Mum is being well cared for.
