In the year she has been in Bramwell the care they have provided has been excellent and she has found a new lease of life. The support of all the management and staff not only to my Mother but to myself in a diffcult personal situation over the past few months has been exceptional.
I cannot offer anything but praise for Bramwell.
The staff are so caring and helpful. A new manager has just started and she is great, jolly and full of energy. My dad needs to be feed and it's never a problem. It's clean and smells nice (many don't). There is regular food snacks to stop the residents getting bored and they can walk around freely...

My Mother has lived here for 2 years and 2 months. My Mum is always happy, looks well cared for. Her room is of a very good standard with her own en-suite. All the carers are very good with Mum and have always found her dignity to be well preserved.
