Voyage care more like don't care. very poor safeguarding report / records and allowing staff to assault residents without adequate training and instead of sacking the staff they allow them to work in other homes within the company.
very poor at communicating with the family when police have been called or safeguarding referrals are made.
Unable to meet deadlines on time with external agencies and unable to meet GDPR requests within an appropriate time frame.
Definitely avoid if you have family within voyage please check their safeguarding.

A CQC referral has been made by several external agencies such as social services for inadequate safeguarding reports and missed safeguarding reports when police has been contacted
