As for food and drink, I can only say they cater for all their residents needs. And there are no complaints. The staff go over and beyond their duty. Overall, all I can say is that I have seen a lot of care homes but non of which have shown the home from home welcoming atmosphere that this one does. Our thanks goes out to the kind caring people that run this home.

I could not ask for better care for my brother. Always looks great and happy. The staff are all exceptional and truly care about the residents. I can go home knowing that my brother is in the best place for his care. Thank you to all of the staff.

My niece has spent seventeen years with Saxon Lodge Care Home until her death in January 2023. The care and dedication from all the staff has been exceptional, she has been looked after as their own, not just as carers but family. I cannot recommend them enough for their commitment and care shown to my niece.

Fantastic place! An amazing manager who is dedicated, compassionate, approachable and caring. The staff take teamwork to the next level, I can’t fault their values and ethics and the atmosphere is welcoming, fun, caring and homely. The residents are cared for to an exceptional standard. The activities provided are meaningful, it is such a lovely place to visit.

John Cabot House provide me with support workers every day! But they are all nice! Especially one in particular! Thank you for your support so far! She has helped a great deal with keeping my rabbits and me under control!

Falcon Lodge staff are amazing, they care for the service user and put them first. The service users are so happy. Staff keeps the parents up to date. They so kind and nothing is too much trouble. I can not speak highly enough about Falcon Lodge.

It was marvellous to read the glowing endorsement of Pages Orchard resulting from the recent inspection as reported in the local paper. All the staff must be really proud of their achievement and as parents, we can rest assured that our daughter is well cared for.

As a grandmother of one of the residents, I am delighted with the care and attention he receives. Also the caring attitude the staff have towards myself and other members of my family, encouraging we are involved in his day to day development.

I have been here at Hamilton Lodge for about 5 years. I am happy here, the staff are nice here. I go out with them as much as possible, like going out on day trips with them and I like the home. The garden is very nice, we like to sit in the garden and I like my room. It is nice and big with bathroom in it with shower, bath and basin in it as well. I like everyone I live with as well.

Because I like the service. I get respected I like to go out and about. They help me with my medications, I really enjoy living here. It is home.

The service has been excellent, I know my brother feels safe and secure there.

The management has an open door policy.
