All round excellent care for my mother.

They treat my mother like family.

Mum appears to have everything she needs.

My experience of Sutton Lodge is of a caring, friendly home providing decent size rooms, excellent meals with plentiful activities to suit all states. A good level of carers always seems to be at hand to attend to the many issues relating to the elderly residents. My mum has settled really well and talks of Sutton Lodge as her home. I really don't think we could have got any better care home than this.

The Sutton Lodge staff have been absolutely brilliant with Mamma and all the residents. They are very caring and compassionate and can never do enough; they always keep us informed about any changes and keep us up to date with all their care and needs. One lady is always helpful and there for us whenever I ring or call, as are all the staff. The care and love they give the residents are 100%.

The activities coordinator was fabulous. I was impressed with all the activities she has organised. She explained all the things she gest the residents to do. My mum seems a lot happier during her stay here. My mum has been painting and joining in with a lot of the organised activities. Thank you, and a big thank you to all the staff.

Very enjoyable experience on every occasion that we come here to visit my sister. Always a warm welcome. Also, my wife and I are very happy to know that she is very well looked after. A huge thank you to all the carers at Sutton Lodge. Thank you.

It is now over two years since Dad has been with you. He is so settled and looks like a different person to the man in 2020. The staff look after him very well and do everything possible - it is wonderful he goes out in the sunshine - he loves it! Thank you so much - especially for taking him on the boat trip. The cooks even make him real chips - what more can he ask for. A big thank you.

Sutton Lodge care home staff are all extremely caring, nothing is too much trouble for them. My dad has really been settled into Sutton Lodge. Having been diagnosed with Alzheimer's in 2018, I was worried about how he would settle, but the staff have been amazing, making sure he is comfortable and safe at all times. I cannot praise the care home enough; it is truly outstanding.

This was my first visit, and I was quite nervous. Felt at ease immediately and felt very welcome. Was very impressed with the decor and facilities. Cleanliness was very good. Relative was comfortable and full of praise, mostly as her condition gives ups and downs. You never know what life will throw at you and this gives me confidence in the future. There are wonderful, committed people in their world.

The care my mum has received at Sutton Lodge is second to none. She is now a permanent resident, and the attention she receives is making a hard-to-please woman happy!

Today covers a clean room, friendly staff, food smells beautiful. Wasn't allowed to go far as yet cause of Covid. My cousin is in another home - this is far better.

Absolutely wonderful staff, every one of them. It's a huge relief to know my mum is in such a caring environment.

She has 24hour care, three meals plus treats every day, activities and entertainers. Also, very importantly she has company. Well done and thank you, Sutton Lodge. 10/10

My mum has been with you for almost a year. In this time, she has been treated with great care and respect. So much so, that when her recovery from her fall was over, she did not want to leave Sutton Lodge! So we made arrangements for her to say. She is now a lot healthier due to better nutrition, and she feels safe and enjoys all the company. Thank you for all you do.

The care at Sutton Lodge is second to none. As I live some distance away, it's very important to me that she is in a place where she is loved and treated as one of the family. The home and grounds are well maintained to a very high standard. However, without the carers who care for our loved ones, it would just be a home. The people are the ones who deliver and should be commended daily.
