I was apprehensive about my husband having to go into care but I needn't have worried. When I visit it is like coming home- he has settled so well and the carers are exceptional. His medical needs are well looked after than he is always cheerful and content. I always go around the people in the lounge
and have a chat to them, it is like one big happy family. All in all an excellent place to be.

My father came here in November 24 and he has been very settled and welcomed by staff and residents. All his needs are met and he is very well looked after. He takes part in exercises and activities and goes out on day trips in the minibus. The garden is a lovely well tended, peaceful place to sit and
read there is plenty of shade and my father likes to hear the birds and watch the squirrels.

Mum has been a resident for around 18 months now and has settled in. She is always looked after by the staff and really benefits from being in the lounge with the other residents. Security ensures that residents cannot wander off their floor or out of the home by themselves, but Mum would like her door
to be locked while she is out. There are regular activities and also day trips out.

Mum has been in your care for the past 2 weeks and I was so anxious about the move but you have all been brilliant with her and even managed to get her to go out with you twice! I am happy with the care my mum has been receiving. She has only been here a few months and her dementia is becoming much worse. I appreciate the staff who goes out of her way to do things for my mum or involves her in outings. I would like to request more 1 to 1 time for my mum and encouragement to
get her up. The only criticism is that sometimes her floor and tables are quite dirty.

My mum moved to the home in June 2024. It was a big change for her and everything was great. She was made very welcome by staff and residents. She is happy and settled. The garden is beautiful. They have a friendly cat called Felix who the residents adore. I am really pleased and my mum is happy.

Having moved dad into Worsley Lodge Care Home it was very worrying but from the moment we arrived, the staff made him feel welcome and began to take care of him immediately. Very friendly, helpful and always contactable.

My friend is extremly happy at Worsley Lodge he joins in all the activities and has lost the aggression, he used to show. His condition continues to deteriorate but is well looked after and cared for. He has gained weight which was a problem at his home and eats very well.

My mother has been resident at Worsley Lodge for 14 months now and on the whole has been very happy and safe there. I've noticed how well thought of she is by the staff and has struck up quite a friendship group amongst other residents. Despite her ongoing health issues she still seems to be thriving
most of the time. I've been happy with the kindness of the staff towards myself and have built a genuine rapport with quite a few members of the team during my many visits.
