Having moved dad into Worsley Lodge Care Home it was very worrying but from the moment we arrived, the staff made him feel welcome and began to take care of him immediately. Very friendly, helpful and always contactable.

My friend is extremly happy at Worsley Lodge he joins in all the activities and has lost the aggression, he used to show. His condition continues to deteriorate but is well looked after and cared for. He has gained weight which was a problem at his home and eats very well.

My mother has been resident at Worsley Lodge for 14 months now and on the whole has been very happy and safe there. I've noticed how well thought of she is by the staff and has struck up quite a friendship group amongst other residents. Despite her ongoing health issues she still seems to be thriving most of the time. I've been happy with the kindness of the staff towards myself and have built a genuine rapport with quite a few members of the team during my many visits.

My time here has been a happy one, and I hope the remainder of my time will be as happy. I am being looked after well and well cared for. I get regular visits from family and friends. We go out for meals and have lovely days out as well.

We have recently been sharing the minibus with a sister home but at this time, the bus is having maintenance work done and therefore cannot be used. Our well-being coordinator will be arranging some trips out once the bus is back up and running. In the interim, there is a weekly planner in place which advises all the activities taking place throughout the week.

Good care service, my family member has been a resident for over four years. Care is good. Have a lot of issues with missing clothing and bedding.

After only two visits I find the atmosphere very pleasant and the bingo session is a good idea. Our friend has now got her neighbour here as well, although I don't know if she appreciates it. Look forward to functions in the future.

I have never been before and came with my friend whose husband is here for a review after being in hospital. I am very impressed with the staff and the care they are giving to the residents. We played bingo in the tea room and the residents enjoyed it as the caller made it so much fun. It was followed by tea and cakes. The residents seem happy and that is what is important!

My mum is a resident at Worsley Lodge Care Home and she and the family have been welcomed and made to feel like part of the family since the first day she arrived. The staff are very pleasant and inspire confidence that my mum is being looked after and if there have been any issues they have contacted me immediately which I greatly appreciate. My nanna’s first words on her arrival back to the home was ‘I’ve missed you’ to the staff member who greeted us. I feel comfortable her living there and it’s reflected through her positive attitude, she is comfortable and happy! Thank you very much to all the staff, you are doing an amazing job!
