The staff went above and beyond for my Grandma's 90th birthday, provided a space for all the family to come and celebrate, and even provided food, drinks and a birthday cake
I really can't thank them enough for allowing us the be there 24 hours a day during my Grandma's last days. They were kind enough to provide a bed and they all made sure we were fed and had our tea cups full. I really didn't want my mum to go into residential care as I felt I had failed her. But Bamford Close is such a wonderful place. My mum only took a few days to settle as the staff make everyone feel welcome and happy. There is genuine care for all the residents. Nothing is too much trouble and any concerns you may have are listened too and advice given . Its the best decision I have made for my mum.

My mother with advanced dementia was a resident for 9 months until she sadly passed away. She was very well cared for and all her needs were met. The home was always extremely clean. There was a great programme of activities every week. Something for all residents. The staff were fantastic. They all interacted and chatted to all the residents. There was a lot of laughter. We couldn't of wished for a better home for my mum.

I was most impressed with my first visit to my mother. The Doctor and the staff were incredibly helpful and attentive to both our (I visited with my daughter) and my mother's needs, relating much useful information to myself and my daughter. My mother appeared very happy and had bathed and changed which is something we had not managed to successful assist her with. We were in all areas most impressed.

The care of my aunt has been exceptional the staff and management do a great job and its a lovely home, my aunt is very settled & well cared for
Thank you for your kind review much appreciated by all the team at Bamford
Resident has advanced dementia. All her needs are met by the care home - in terms of physical needs and emotional needs. They (carers and management) have worked tirelessly to understand and get to know resident so care is personalised and wherever possible treat her as though she is in own home. When I am away from the home I feel 100% confident that resident is well looked after, is safe and treated with respect. Entertainment for resident also 100%.
Thank you for your kind review much appreciated by all the gteam at Bamford
Cared for my nanna with the upmost kindness, respect & dignity.

Blessed to visit this wonderful place.
Thank you for your lovely review much appreciated from all the team at Bamford
I recently visited my father with my sister-in-law, who has been in the nursing profession for over 40 years. She said that of all the care homes that she has visited over those years, she had never seen such great interactions between staff and residents. The atmosphere the staff created was one of kindness and happiness.
Thank you for your lovely review much appreciated by all the team at Bamford
My mum is well cared for in Bamford Court, the staff are all great, especially my mum's carer, she deserves special thanks from all our family. Overall well managed by the manager and her staff.
My dad has been at Bamford Close for just over 12 months and I have visited him several times each week. It is very comforting to me to see Dad being well looked after, with caring, friendly, compassionate staff who regularly review his medication with the visiting GP. The rooms are always clean and odour-free. There are plenty of activities for Dad to be involved with and he enjoys his meals. Managers have ensured replacement staff meet their high standards.
Sadly, she took ill and ended up in A&E, there was no hope of recovery, so she went back home for end-of-life care and care for her they did, nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff, her care was second to none. The staff loved her like she was their own family.
She was at Bamford for five days until she passed and family were with her all the time. The care and kindness we were given was amazing.
We will never be able to thank them enough for all they have done for Mum and the family.
Thank you so much, Lynn, for your lovely review, I will pass this on to the team, much appreciated.
The member of staff who deals with finances is excellent and keeps very clear records. If funds are running low, she lets us know when a top-up is required.
New clothes are quickly labelled so that nothing gets lost.
The staff really couldn't be any more helpful or kind.
(We do have previous experience of other care homes and this one really is exceptional).
Thank you for your lovely review, much appreciated by all the team at Bamford.
I've noticed a really good change to my mum, seems very happy, personal care has improved, more brighter.
Thank you for your lovely review, much appreciated by all the Bamford Close team.
The staff are really friendly and helpful. The room is small but the fact that the staff get her 'up and running' during the deal means that it is not a problem.
The activities seem to entertain her very well, she even joins in now.
All in all, I am very happy with the home.
Thank you for your review of Bamford, much appreciated by all the team here.
