I have been happy with Silvercare although my friend has been a resident only a month.
It's bright, clean and the activity organiser is very good.
I know staff are always under pressure with their workload, but I would like more effort to be made in getting my friend out of bed before 11:30-12noon
in time for lunch!

The care home is lovely, staff are consistent and always greet you with a smile, the activities on offer are wonderful and are updated monthly. All other residents seem relaxed, happy and well cared for. Staff are always on hand should we need to ask them anything and reassuring if we have any concerns.
The facilities are clean and tidy, I feel my friend is very well cared for here, the menus are amazing and nutritional. I would highly recommend this care home.

Very happy with my dad living in SIlverdale, he is now very settled and that is down to the staff reassuring and calming him. Makes our visits so much easier, now he is engaging with the activities they put on - varying from crafts to farm animals coming in. Overall we as a family are very pleased.

Our mum recently stayed at Lisburne Court for a short-term assessment, and she settled in so well that we asked if she could stay permanently. She has been truly happy there from the very start. The staff are exceptionally caring and professional, and it's clear they genuinely care for every resident.


The

rooms are spotlessly clean, and Mum herself is always well cared for and immaculately looked after. The meals provided are very good, and the range of activities they offer is brilliant-there's always something engaging going on, and they make both residents and families feel very welcome.


We're really happy with the care Mum receives at Lisburne Court and would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a warm, supportive, and well-run home for their loved one.

Mum was admitted at short notice and within 2 days, was asking 'if we could buy the place' as she felt so settled. Staff care for her very well and are obviously fond of her, treating her with such care, respect and dignity. Home very clean and a variety of activities included that mum has thoroughly
enjoyed. The manager, assistant manager and all the staff are very approachable and helpful. Thank you for your care!

My sister in law has been a resident at Bryn Haven for three years. All the staff are excellent. The premises are always spotless and the level of care is excellent. My wife and I have visited many care homes as church ministers, and this is the only one where we have never smelled urine or other odours.
My sister in law is always clean and tidy for which we are very grateful. Thank you all at Bryn Haven.

My Dad has been a resident at Reinbek for three months now. The staff are fantastic. They are friendly, caring and insightful. The food is brilliant (especially the puddings) and the home is clean and tidy. For warmer weather the garden is lovely.

I found the staff to have shown a great deal of kindness towards my mother. She was very happy at the home, which ensured she was stimulated with entertainment, activities and conversation. Standard of care was just brilliant. Thank you to the manager and staff!

My sister, Margaret, entered the care home around 4 weeks ago. During the times we have visited her we have been so impressed with the friendliness, flexibility, empathy, kindness and dedication of all members of staff and management. What an impressive team. Margaret has been diagnosed with dementia
for several years now. Her hubby, Ken has done a fantastic job of caring for her in their homes in Bramhall and Portugal but it had become clear this last while that she now needed professional care for both her mental & physical needs. We look to have come up trumps, big time at Meadway Court.
I have not seen my big sister so relaxed and contented in quite a few years. She clearly faces mental challenges but our fears that she might become anxious upon entering the home have been totally groundless. The opposite is true. I huge thank you to The Meadway Court team from all the family. CHAPEAU!

My brother has been a resident since July 2024. I would highly recommend Wellcroft to anyone needing care for a relative. From the moment I walk in, the staff are friendly and helpful. The home has lots of activities going on, which is nice to see. The interaction with staff and residents. The home
is always clean, and rooms are comfortable and overall a good size for single residents. It was nice to see a choice at meal times and also come on taster days to try the food.

Reinbek staff are very pleasant and helpful. The front desk administrator has always acted promptly to any requests for help. My mum likes the food and joining in any activities offered. She particularly likes being able to have her hair done on a regular basis and joining in the occasional church visit.
Compared to our other experience of care homes, Reinbek is to be recommended.
