From the moment i first came to visit Bamford Close in September 2024 for my mother, I have been struck with the welcoming, friendly and caring attitude of all the staff. My mother sadly passed away and my father is now a resident and has been looked after wonderfully since Dec 2024, I have nothing but praise for the attention to detail, the cleanliness and the high standards of professionalism.

My dad has been a resident of Reinbek for over two years now and whenever we visit him he is always smiling and happy. Even though he has a lack of understanding or awareness of his surroundings the staff regularly engage with him and I do believe all Reinbeck staff treat him like an individual. We always receive feedback from the home and are kept fully updated if dads needs change or if their care has had to adapt to meet those needs. One very big point to make is that if we ever have any concerns and we have to question anything , Reinbek always thoroughly investigate from their side and are very open and honest - they always make the time to listen to us

I am very pleased with care that my mother has received this past two years. The management are most efficient and professional. They are always friendly and accomodating, as are the rest of the general staff. I have had no issues. I have had meetings concerning my mother's health, that were instructive and beneficial for all parties. I have witnessed many activities, arranged or conducted by the staff, that have been excellent. Cleanliness is of a high standard, as is security.

There's been lots going on through the summer. They had a fish and chip van, and ice creams. Which is great for the residents. The home really supports families and keeps us well informed with my mum's progress. She is cared for well and is always up and dressed and clean when we visit.

Mum has just moved into her new room to allow more space now that mum has reduced mobility. Mum is well cared for. There has been lots of activities organised throughout the Summer. My mum loves sitting outside in the little garden.

Staff are so friendly and supportive, always happy to offer advice. Knowledge of my father is reassuring. The only disappointment is that Father now has a full beard, having always been clean shaven. While I understand the difficulties of encouraging him to be shaved.

I have found all the staff here very friendly compassionate, and relate very well with the resident. The atmosphere in the home is wonderful. All the residents are cared for very well.

Mum came to Hen Cloud due to an illness. We've been so impressed with the level of care she has received. We were so uncertain of how mum would adapt. The friendly staff and their caring nature has been amazing in many ways, from reassuring us and keeping us updated with how mum has settled into her care. The entertainment and the variety is excellent from visiting entertainers, craft/classes, outings to scenic places, parties, celebrations are all wonderfully coordinated. More than impressed.

Occasional need to clean my mum's bedroom but appreciate this could be due to my early visits and yet to be completed when I'm there.

My Mum has been in Lisburne Court for one year now and I am Very happy with the care she has recieved. The Managers and the whole lovely team could not have done more and as a result my Mum looks really well.

I know my mum is safe and well cared for. :)

Following my review about neglect, abuse, humiliation and theft from my father it's 9 months since he died and it had taken this long for this dreadful place to ring my brother to collect dad's sentimental belongings and to no surprise all his original paintings have been stolen, a painting that meant a lot to him also stolen, his watch and glasses all missing all they have returned us a book that wasn't his and a few pictures - they have not had the decency to even return the wedding ring they forced off his finger. I reiterate what a nasty thieving place this is who didn't deserve my father. No morals or care for anyone except what they can steal from vulnerable residents. Very very horrid.

The atmosphere you get in lisburne is like no other the best staff and manager making the visit to see my mum more bearable.nothing is to much trouble for them and it's always clean and tidy and a good selection of activities and food

We love this care home. Hayley and all her staff truly care for my mother in law in every way. They make sure she is clean, well fed and her room is clean and tidy all the time. They let us know straight away if they have any concerns.

Reinbek is Amazing, Staff are Brilliant, very Approachable, They have become like family whilst dad has been there for 2 yrs. If we ever (it is not often) have a problem, we know we can talk to someone & it will be resolved. My only issue I have is that there isn't enough going on in the day to keep residents occupied. My dad has dementia so probably wouldn't bother him but there are residents who are of sound mind who are very bored.

From the first day at Lisburne Court I have liked the way my Mum has been spoken to and the way She has been spoken about. She has been kept clean and tidy in her appearance and the way She is dressed. If I have noticed that She has needed attention She has been attended to promptly and respectfully. I have liked the way in which other service users / residents are spoken to and interacted with. Staff has always known Mum's name and where She is and I have observed individual Staff interacting with other tenants with kindness dignity and respect and humour. I am very pleased Mum found her way to Lisburne Court after a very disappointing earlier placement.

Jean is my wife I can't praise the staff enough from the manager to all the carers they are wonderful.

My mother has been a resident for over 5 years and in this time she has received care that treats her with care and dignity. The staff are kind and loving towards the residents. The ethos of the home is driven by the manager in my experience. The home is well led and I feel that staff are supported and happy at work. The stimulation and social activity provided is excellent and far exceeds my expectations in every sense. Food is varied and presented in many different ways with ideas that include special celebrations and treats. My mother's full care needs are delivered with kindness and individual to her.
